The VE's are about 200kg lighter than my VY SV8 I think so that makes them a little slower to start but they are catching up now with the development that workshops have been putting into them.
@dhiquobgnaloo There aren't any secrets in the setup, just a good combination of parts. It has a 4500rpm hi-stall, 4.11 gears, twin 3" exhaust, built auto, custom fuel system, adjustable 90/10's in the front etc. It ran 10.79@132mph at full weight on drag radials and I needed to pedal it off the line. It has more in it if I wanted to try one day.
The VE's are about 200kg heavier to start with so that makes it harder but they are definitely getting quicker now which is good to see.
@bnz500 Up until I put the Draglites on 6 months ago I was driving it around on interceptors with hubcaps so it was a total sleeper at that point... lol
Ah okay then. My appoligises. Unfortunately there are alot of negative people here on Youtube. Personally I was impressed with the car, but I did check the GM Motorsports channel and I see they have some cool stuff there too, especially that 550rwhp Caprice.
@AQIKVS Thanks for that, it's been surprisingly consistant even though most people say that these blowers are very inconsistant. Even hotlapping at the drags it runs the same mph each time. :)
What kind of charger was that I couldn't see??

I beleive it was running a pretty big converter and diff gears, plus a VZ is lighter than a VE.
