easmodx: I TOTALLY agree with you. My DS got broken and culdnt fix it. With it went my YOSHI ISLAND DS too. I didnt really like the music, and it wasnt the BEST game, but I really really miss it. Getting it next month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!!!!

Damn you internet! I sold this game some time ago because i needed the money and i was fed up of the game´s incredible difficulty (stage 5-7 is an example of frustration) and some glitches (camera that does not move when it should, which can be a pain in stages like the aforementioned 5-7). But truth to be said, i still loved the game, despite it´s flaws. I am very picky with games, but i like to REALLY explore the games before saying something is bad and honestly, at heart, i miss this game

One thing I didn't like about Yoshi's Island DS was that Nintendo just took a lot most of the bosses from Yoshi's Island and made some slight changes.

Looks close enough to the original that it's probably a really fun game, especially for die-hard YI fans, even if the music isn't great. YI set the bar pretty high in many ways, so YIDS had a lot to live up to. And if you really hate the music, you could just turn the sound off, right? Or turn it off & turn on some original YI music. Looks like they kept most, if not all, of the good parts of YI & just added a few new twists; just how a good sequel should be, not like the horror that was SMB2.

The music is indeed worse compared to the original YI, which had some great tunes that I can still remember. This games music and sound effects (such as the voices of Yoshis) are similar to Yoshi's Story for N64, which I unfortunately bought when it came out thinking it to be a true sequel to the original.

this game is so easy, i've beated it in 2 weeks and the whole leveles with 100 score

I won´t say you are a liar but come on, getting 100% without cheats in stages like 3-secret, extra 5, 5-7, 4-7 and some others, is just painfully impossible. I did beat the whole game 100% but i can´t say the game is easy, because it was frigging hard (and i managed to do some said-to-be hard challenges, such as A ranking everything on shadow the hedgehog, yet that was easy compared to this)

Damn, the music sucks hard.  It's too bad, because the original one's music was amazing. It seems games are getting worse and worse music these days (with a FEW exceptions, such as Kingdom Hearts II, and to a lesser extent, New Super Mario Bros.).
