i used to ave stopping power on my sniper but i found that UAV jammer is much more helpful for me

Yea if you want to waste time shooting them more than once. Or waste time getting headshots.For the fastest kills with a sniper use Long range Weap:M40(Scope) Perk 1:Bandolier Perk 2:Stopping Power Perk 3:Deep Impact Short-Medium Range Weap:M40(ACOG) Perk 1:Bandolier / Rockets Perk 2:Stopping Power Perk 3:Steady Aim These are just my preferences. No claymores because campers suck. and steady aim on the acog so if someone gets in your face you dont have to worry about pulling out your pistol.
