Kobe's averaging 24 shot attempts on 44% shooting. Lakers can't win when their leading scorer is taking 24 shots per game on that low of a percentage chasing records. He shot them out of yet another win today. The Lakers future is Gasol and Bynum No matter who they put on that team, as long as Bryant is taking and missing that many shots they can't win.
@NBAGOATS He's always getting double teamed and his presence on the court helps a lot. He directs other players where to go and he's gets the most attention from the opposing team. He does take a lot of shots but that doesn't mean he's the one bringing the team down. There has been a lot of games that all other Lakers members looked out of it and it was only Kobe that has been working hard. So him just by being on the court makes the other team turn their focus on him.

Kobe's averaging 24 shot attempts on 44% shooting. Lakers can't win when their leading scorer is taking 24 shots per game on that low of a percentage chasing records. He shot them out of yet another win today. The Lakers future is Gasol and Bynum No matter who they put on that team, as long as Bryant is taking and missing that many shots they can't win.

@NBAGOATS He's always getting double teamed and his presence on the court helps a lot. He directs other players where to go and he's gets the most attention from the opposing team. He does take a lot of shots but that doesn't mean he's the one bringing the team down. There has been a lot of games that all other Lakers members looked out of it and it was only Kobe that has been working hard. So him just by being on the court makes the other team turn their focus on him.

I guarantee if you put the ball in Gasol's and Bynum's hands, they'll win more games. Kobe should be 3rd scoring option if those 2 can't score. They are more efficient scorers than Kobe is.

some people who dont know much about b-ball may say that Kobe back then was already almost as good as MJ which is a nonsese.
That ASG in 98 was Kobe's best performance, he couldnt really deliver anything better, he played the hardest he could against MJ. However when we look at Jordan's perfomance we dont have the same feeling. MJ wasnt playing on 100%, he wasnt guarding Kobe as hard as Kobe was guarding him, he was just having fun and dominated KB. I still havent seen Kobe in that role yet
