i can tell you Jaws gets his nickname or codename from his trademark cobalt teeth. These are capable of biting through a wide variety of materials, and Jaws prefers to kill his victims by biting through their jugular so hes got notin to do with the great white man eating shark (Jaws) btw i got this from wikipedia
