Estefanía89, dentro de cada danza, cada bailarina tiene su estilo y este estilo no es precisamente para mostrarse sexy, las que bailan este estilo son guerreras, encantadoras de serpientes, sacerdotisas, etc. Además he de decir que aunque esta danza parte de la danza árabe, en esta se fusionan muchas otras danzas tribales y estilos más contemporaneos, así que no creo que se deba esperar que sea igual de sexy que el bellydance clásico....

Entiendo perfectamente a lo que te refieres, no es sobre ser sexy....debajo de este tipo de danza esta la fuerza y el caracter, ......Pero sabes algo? no se por que siento que hay un punto en el tribal en el que el folklor arabe propiamente dicho se pierde a pesar de retomar pasos de la danza clasica......yo amo el tribal, pero cuando veo el Goth, se que ya se ha traspasado la difusa linea de "esto es y no es danza arabe"..-.

Anonymous, Gothic is the celebration of dark things.

If you've looked at various examples of bellydance, in comparison, Zoe's lovely dance not only celebrates a darker taste in music but a darker choice in movement.

Perhaps you would rather this dance be darker, thus being offended by the branding of the word Gothic.

I think this is when you need to question your definition of Gothic. For you, is it merely fashion? Music perhaps? For myself it's the celebration of the darker things in life.

Medically, this is WRONG. She sure has not got the BMI nor (lack of) muscle tonus to be overweight.

That changes the look, and could make her muscles show up less through the movements, as there is probably a couple pounds on each arm normally.
