Excellent video folks. I followed the processes defined in this video and was able to remove my old damaged toilet flange (15 years old), and replace it with a new flange, using the existing drain 4" drain pipe.
I had to cut my internally mounted flange all the way round, I could not peal the entire flange away from the outer pipe as shown in the video. Cutting it into sections worked very well however.
Thank you so much. This is a fantastic tutorial. I was able to replace my toilet flange without much difficulty. Just needed a little elbrow greese and time. I was able to get the right tools and right parts. You are AWESOME!
And, your voice reminds me of Dennis Leary. So- that's a bonus.
Thank you that was very informative. But considering the luck I've had with my house and the way it was built I think I'll try a repair flange first. But you have definitey given me some options in case I get stuck though. Thanks again.

there are know pvc pipe reamers on market. Bought one that saved me for $63.00. The hole saw works but the reamer may be better for non pros.
