I've been saying it for about 4 years now, and I'll say it again. It is only a matter of time before a chaser gets killed by being too close. I'm not passing judgement on anybody associated with this video either. I should know, I took a direct hit two years ago in north central Nebraska. It was at midnite, it was dark, and it was my last nite out in the alley. But too many guys are creeping closer and closer thinking they're alright. If the guy in this truck were 30yds closer, he'd be impaled

I'd lay my money more on it just being an advertising sign than a semi, but I could be wrong. Do you have a link to the footage that was shot by the KOCO helicopter? I'd love to see it.

Yup, it is the same semi. I just saw the KOCO footage. You can see the side panels of the semi torn off in the same exact directions as shown here
