If GDDR3 is in Triple Channel mode it IS a lot faster than GDDR4 (Which currently only supports Dual Channel)

Triple channel = 3 Pieces of RAM like 3x2gb.

gddr3 is not a type of channel it's a grphics card memory multiplier e.g

gddr5= 4x1200=4800

gddr3 =2x1200=2400

gddr4 =3x1200=3600

conclusion gddr4 much faster...

becouse Game Cam takes ok. 10 fps
