@runescapelegend12345 upgrades and updates are 2 different things. When someone says you cannot upgrade a mac, they are not talking about the os, they are talking about the MAC (hardware). I heard somewhere that some of the macs had small upgrade capabilities, but as of now this is hearsay. Macs suck to me just for that reason alone. If I buy something, I want to customize it and keep it up to date. Plus they're too damn expensive for what you get.

You can run Mac on a Windows PC as well, Apple doesnt allow it, and its illegal.. but its possible. besides, all apple is doing is giving a chance for Windows to be further more promoted. Apart from that, you should be complaining about the horrible hardware every mac includes. You can tweak the hardware of a Windows pc, as for a mac.. you get what you get. That's such a funny misconception! Microsoft have a full department of Macs to develop Office for Mac and other Mac-software - visa versa for Apple to develop stuff on Windows, i.e. iTunes, Safari, etc. Take ActiveSync from Microsoft as an example; licensed to the iPhone in June's update.

And here's one for ya - take whatever version of Vista that is sold at MSRP for the same price as Leopard and what you get is a stripped down Vista that won't perform or do the same things as Leopard (or Tiger for that matter). $129 is all they charge for a fully featured Leopard. How much does the fully featured Vista run?
The comparison is between the features of Mac OS vs Vista, right? NOT the 3rd party upgrades. And do some checking - Leopard (and Tiger) are both upgradable with add ons and plugins. Not that you'd need them since Mac OS already has more "useful" features than Vista... and has for many years (thanks for keeping up MS... sarcasm). Expose (still more useful and easier to use than flip 3D) has been available for years from Mac. Suck that.

Yeah Thats true all the pc nerds that try to reforce there "Pc are better than mac" Theory by saying "Mac are only for gay people because they are cool" make me mad .... Mac has all the applications that a pc has + the mac aplications thanks to Boot Camp a program only available for macintosh and they have better design and they come with great semi pro programs when new and has "nearly" no viruses at all compared to the pcs and are also more ecologic in materials mac are better than pcs!

Macs are very confusing to use, for example it took me 5 minutes just to know how to go to another website, Unlike PCs, where you can just type the name of the website into a search bar without putting the full website address.

This video was fail since the very start...the moment you compared expose with flip 3D you lost all credibility ... but i kept watching and *Drum roll* you compare spaces to the cube effect which is both not a Vista feature but also does not work properly all the time...then i stopped watching.

Vista ftw, people really need to stop saying crap about vista that they hear. Vista is a very good OS, all of my programs run great on it and I have ALOT of programs. It's also very stable I have never had a crash or blue screen EVER and I've had vista for nearly a year now.

It just soils the name of what they are protecting. From my experience vista is a resource hog, And macs have 0 compatably and gaming period. For me I will just stick with good old ubuntu. ^_^

Really... who gives a fuck? If you use a PC, I applaud you. If you use a Mac, I applaud you. At the end of the day, these are two products that do the same things in different ways. Just choose which one suits you best. Yeah, I'm a Mac user and I have an iPhone to boot as well, but shit, I'm not going to waste my time stating which one is better and why. Expose, Widgets, Flip 3D, Gadgets... really, who cares? Just choose which one you prefer and stick with it.

emeek77 is just a damn fool. He is very annoying and uninformed. You've got to love his MacBook Air video, though. Even for a piece of crap like that, he goes on to state how marvellous it is. I mean, it isn't a bad product but freakin' overpriced for what it is.
As a designer, I can't help but like Vista's GUI and wallpapers. I love the fade-in windows as well. :)
Another thing to those one-siders out there, sure, have your favourite but don't close yourself off to other great products!

That's such a funny misconception! Microsoft have a full department of Macs to develop Office for Mac and other Mac-software - visa versa for Apple to develop stuff on Windows, i.e. iTunes, Safari, etc. Take ActiveSync from Microsoft as an example; licensed to the iPhone in June's update.
It's one nice, big eco-system with advantages and disadvantages on each field. It's just these retarded users who say PC sucks or Mac sucks when really, who cares? :-P

And yea - which of these features are 3rd party? The cube thing I don't recall being on the list of new Vista features. And here's one for ya - take whatever version of Vista that is sold at MSRP for the same price as Leopard and what you get is a stripped down Vista that won't perform or do the same things as Leopard (or Tiger for that matter). $129 is all they charge for a fully featured Leopard. How much does the fully featured Vista run?

The comparison is between the features of Mac OS vs Vista, right? NOT the 3rd party upgrades. And do some checking - Leopard (and Tiger) are both upgradable with add ons and plugins. Not that you'd need them since Mac OS already has more "useful" features than Vista... and has for many years (thanks for keeping up MS... sarcasm). Expose (still more useful and easier to use than flip 3D) has been available for years from Mac. Suck that.
