  • The choice is yours.

It's either you complain or do the action. It's how funny how people complain and as if they know better.

  • Millions of people have bought this book. You would think it would change from 5%.

  • Great book, not everybody is cut out for owning properties but his pointing out look for oppertunities to make money is spot on.

  • @tcsteels I heard about you!!! You still people money!

  • @tcsteels Spammer!!!

  • materials that have change my behavor, made be better achiver Napolion hill think and grow rich kyosaky books and cash flow game

Tony robbins get the edge eben pagan wake up protuctive Robert.Cialdini books Allso just start learning from Brian Triacy

  • Yes, you are right. RDPD is one of the best book what I have read. Very nice and easily shows and motivates how to be succesful.

  • Dont get scammed by attending the, "rich dad coaching seminars"! Please look into this topic and become aware of how Robert has been duping people to spend thousands of dollars on their credit cards in hopes to learn how to become rich like him. A "rich dad coach" actually called me and tried very hard to scam me personally!

His book does have very good advice and wisdom, but once you learn about this, your respect for him might change. Seach this topic on youtube to learn more!

  • @devendati

People dupe themselves into spending thousands of dollars into seminars. And people use credit cards for them because they don't take responsibility. People get scammed because they're stupid. I've attended a 200 dollar seminar and didn't pay for the advanced training. I wanted to, and still might, but i can't afford it right now so i didn't. Know what that's called? Its called responsibility. Something people who yell "SCAM" don't have

  • @DimebagVision

Can I Vote Up on this 10 more times? You speak the truth man. The ones that yell scam are almost ALWAYS referring to the irresponsible people who shouldn't have been in business to begin with. How many people have failed P90X? Is it because its a scam? Or is it because you bought it and let it sit in the box for 3months? Or maybe you messed with it for a month, then gave up. Or that you only did the workouts, you didn't do the suggested nutrition habits also

  • i really liked this book

  • fuckmania07: Your email address says it all.

Don't tell me, your broke and hate the world because everyone is against you.

  • FUCK MLM !!!

  • This book changed my life! Ryan....Great job!!!! Best Network company out there is ACN!!!! a Global telecom license, endoresed by Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki!! please check out my website....blah blah blah,,,,you think im an idiot....just be openminded and check it out!!! livewire.acnrep.com I broker telecom...AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-mobile, Direct TV, Dish Network, Clear WiMAX, Qwest, and much more!!! Tax right offs are huge!!! email me off the site!

  • @livewireacnrep Awsome! AND i know ACN is the best!!!

    God Bless

  • MLM is a ponzi scheme, just like the social security system, just like the federal reserve system.

  • @lucidferd The BEST ponzi scheme can only last a few years. Amway Global, arguably the best MLM, has been around since 1959. How can it have lasted so long, HAVING BEEN ACTIVELY INVESTIGATED and found OK by the FTC, and be getting A+ ratings from the Better business bureau, if it's a ponzi scheme and illegal? Do some research for yourself instead of taking the word of your broke friend/dad/uncle/whatever.

  • After reading these comments I only see two options:

    1) Take Kiyosaki's advice and build a "B" business and invest for wealth.

    2) Ignore his advice and work for 45-55 years either as an employee or business owner.

Neither one is right or wrong, it's just which is better for you. But I ask you, please don't hate on someone else's decision. I have chosen to build a "B" business. What ever you choose, good luck.

  • I read this book and it was the FIRST book that actually made me MAD! Not at the book or it's mindset, but at the fact that, out of love, my dad taught me everything WRONG. Having 2 boys of my own, I am so thankful that I read this because now I will NOT doom them to poverty while trying to do the right thing.

  • Leveraged income like that is unsustainable enmass. Only the few higher up the pyramid can do that, while others at the bottom must still make the stuff the money will buy.

I think differently. I'd like for everything we make to last four times longer. Houses should last 200 years. Cars should last 20 years. We should work 15-20 hrs/wk. Thats sustainable, but people higher up the pyramid wouldn't get rich, so it won't happen.

  • Hey Ryan,

Great video, I hope you're enjoying the type of success you want for yourself.

    Best wishes,

    Mark.

  • He does make a lot of money off of his book but what if he gave them all away! To those people who say he got rich from his books he's not just gonna give them away. And for those people who don't know the difference from an asset an a liability assets put money in you pocket and liabilities do the opposite and as for the house not being an asset its because your paying for it it's only an asset if someone else is paying for it. The people who talk shit about him are usually the one who don't u

  • Read this before you listen to Robert johntreed(.)com/Kiyosaki.html

  • multimillion from selling books, you fool. Do a research on him.

  • thank you for your sharing!!!

  • Yes sounds very true and good but the answer is HOW .

  • @hanvo216 I know what you mean. Kiyosaki does have good investment ideas and some good philosophies he just doesn't exactly tell us how . Like he doesn't say what you should invest if you have $20,000.

  • Get it on ebay.

  • The description to this video is eerily similar to the one in this video:

    watch?v=AjiXBfjVbOM

  • My biggest problem with self-help guru's is the amount of material they release, if they're methods worked well enough - why do they need to sell audio books/seminars etc. The believers will say I'm being negative.. I just can't accept people that seem so sharing and caring to others, at the end of the day, they're all businessmen. Why would you give away your money blueprints to others - surely you're creating more rivals/competition

  • A very good read. I think those who did well in school are forced to become employees forever. But those who did poorly in school I think are doomed to become entrepreneurs because they didn't succeed at a structure that was designed for them to become an employee.

  • great content man I've been read Robert Kiyosaki

  • he got rich from writing his crappy books, not by following his own advice.

  • totally agree

  • @misterchuckle you wrong he made a lot of money from this game call cashflow. They are not cheap to get your hands on one. Excellent game by the way.

  • @RoyalHim Kiyosaki says a house is not an asset...what bullshit is that. He also claims to have bought a house for $20 000 and sold it for $75 000 on the same day. No fucking way that's possible. He's a snake oil salesman. Although it's possible to get rich without a university degree, telling people that education isn't important is bad advice. Go ahead don't go to university and try get a good job and make 300% profit on a house in 1 day....try it and then tell me he's not full of shit.

  • @misterchuckle Play cashflow for free, get your free membership at richdad.com and play cashflow 101 and 202 for free.

  • sorry, wont let me complete my comment

  • Thats my next read. Have you read Why we want you to be rich? Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump..Amaizing.I bought it two years ago only to read the first two pages. I hated reading, always fell asleep.

  • Rich Dad Poor Dad should be forced compulsory reading in schools......certainly more useful than learning how to dissect a frog!

  • such a good point...

simply DONT do what the rest do...

  • Good for you!! I did read this book and so did my brother. What a great inspiration and lessons to follow.

  • u stupid kaksucker, Robert's dik tast good? yum, yum....

  • This is so sad. The book that changed your life is apparently untrue. According to reports, "rich dad" didn't exist. He made it all up.

  • your so fucking stupid bro who gives a fuck if he made it up thats not what the book is about the book is about being financially free

i bet your one of the 95 persent of the people who are too stupid to be rich

  • hahahahaha!!!!!!!!!theres that pussy daysilva again!!!!! hahahaha u poor dumb moron!!!! ahhhh poor baby

  • anyone intersted to earn 35 to 40k. col me @ 09174437888/09398996922.hurry limited only.look for mon.

  • So now you are an architect. You can go and design the contours of his penis. Fucking asshole.

  • in final year of school we were gievn the government job guide - it detailed every concievable job there is - hundreds of em. I didnt like a single one. 20 years later i still haven't found one - I'm 37 and never had a job! Sure I'm poor but its better than doing something you hate.

  • Its scares me on how much I agree with this video!! Great video!! You have helped alot of people alone with this video call anytime 813-407-6215

  • Ryan, Awesome video! I completely agree! I am a young 23 year old now full time networker! This book completely changed my mindset and how Linear income does not bring as many options in life as Residual reoccurring income! If anyone lived in the Southern California area and would like to learn about my company and start earning residual income while marketing the future let me know! (805) 791 1116 or add me to facebook! Ryan Matthew Ruiz

  • If anyone intersted in net work marketing in SG can contact me at 98508343

  • I am reading it now. i like the way of his writing

  • My attitude to life has positively changed because of this book.

  • This book has inspired me to invest in a condo back in 2002. It was tough at first, but now the rental is paying for the mortgage. 15 years from now, that condo will be fully paid. Thanks Robert Kiyosaki. This is a must-read book for everyone who wants to gain financial freedom.

  • Thanks for sharing man...Love your Real estate/earnings analogy...That clicked for me, keep sharing man.

  • wow ryan! with your encouragement i will get a copy of that book as soon as possible! thank you... whats the difference between poor dad and rich dad to the book the secret? the secret made also a very big impact on my life.. but this book sounds very interesting..

  • well, what do you think, do you need to be an "E" or "S" first and then become a "B" or "I"? as robert did the same thing, he worked for xerox! You also need the initial capital if you are doing it on your own.

  • I've already read the book, last year, around January 2008. In Dec 2008, i started my first business. now i'm up to 3 successful businesses, and will close on my first 3 properties this coming Thursday. Robert Kiyosaki is a God-send :D

  • hey ryan your right the book is great i read it last year and i continue to read just about all of Robert's, books and it really did changed my life.

    good video

  • I love R. Kiyosaki! He is the best!

  • I've read the book and it's great, it made me paused and rethink again what i've been doing in life.. it aims to teach you not to be just a mere employee, instead it teaches you how to change that conventional mindset into the eyes of the rich..

  • grown up kids

  • Kiyosaki is not a multimillionaire... he clearly refuses to disclose his financial position citing privacy, however he constantly brags about his millionaire status verbally and without concern of his privacy.... He is a book salesman

  • Glad the book made an impact...I read Robert's book when it was first published (2001). Although the anecdotes were entertaining, the book did not teach anything that was not already known (Most of the 'advice' was common sense).

  • This video is very powerful.Ryan you have a purpose in life and that purpose is to help people succeed in business and in self development.May god bless you and your family.Arthur Robinson jr.

  • hi Ryan,

liked your thoughts... i've already read the book & most important lesson for me is ...how to stop procastinating & start moving my ass to seek new opportunity...

i think... 95% people u were talking about has this thing in common... big fat lazy asses.

  • I was in love with the Rich Dad Poor Dad books when I was 15, but as far as Real Estate Investing and making money goes, I dont think he has anything on Nouveau. If youre serious about real estate investing you need to do yourself a HUGE favor and check my page. That was my path to financial freedom. MAKE THIS A PROSPEROUS DAY!

  • Haha I was just like you! I didn't read it in high school, i didn't like my major freshmen year at college, and then it changed my life.

Now I'm looking to go into MLM and business/real estate.

I can't wait to meet more people like you!

  • lol of dude poor you,

you have made kiyosaki rich because you've bought all his products lol

he "wants" to make you rich, but people don't see that he only wants to make money just by selling "how to be rich books" to people with financial problems and weak minds

  • but the information that is on that book is more valuable than what you pay for it....yes its good business for him but it is to us as well.... i invested in that book and trust me its worth it

  • I disagree.

That kind of thinking is very shallow. I can see that you have been living around with narrow minded people who would work for their entire life day by day till they rest in piece. If you've been hanging out with big people who makes serious money, they all going to say that kiyosaki's book are facts that have been wrap together into 1 inexpensive $16 book.

Now, i hope you have fun being poor.

  • lol

    i run my own business

  • exactly my point isn't it? you run your business instead of system or people running your business. Those are the the serious money maker in this world, People who run their business thru system would naturally have the same idea as kiyosaki's idea, problem is they just do not know how to wrap it up into a book . That's kiyosaki's gift of teaching.

  • i run my business but i don't use kiyosaki's idea

he's doesn't explain clearly, for example he says

what you have to do is invest

invest in what??? he doesn't explain

  • yes he does, but not in this book. He mention details about investment in his 2nd book. 3 types of investment paper, real estates, and business.

Although its easier said than done, many rich people invest in other people's business. Kiyosaki mentioned himself that he is not a good business man and he can never invest in business, as it takes years experience of building ur own business. Kiyosaki invest in real estates.

  • kyosaki's business is sell books no real state

  • exactly, that's how every small minded business people thinks. They think when they own \their own busines, automatically they are on their way to millionaire. LOL WRONG! WAKE UP YOU STUPID! LOOK AROUND YOU!

Kiyosaki is super rich because of real estates. His books business is only where he got his capital for investment. Geez this is a basic money101 and people just don't realize that.

  • why don't you go and ask kiyosaki to fuck you??? moron

super rich!??? I haven`t seen him on forbes millionaires list!

    even he doesn't have a billion $

  • Ya, thats right ask more shallow question, you uneducated stupid. Now go back being a rich wannabe, while i wipe my ass with my 100 dollar bill. bye.

  • lol

    you're just a dreamer

  • yes i am, i'm already 26 but only make 700k each year.. Even most of my friends already made that when they're 22.

  • lol you're just a dreamer

  • hi mister, i wonder what do you do to earn 700k each year, thanks..

  • right, lets all quit our jobs for leveraged income!....or wait, maybe its better to NOT tell people, get the regular folk to pick up garbage, produce and distribute food and goods, while we grow filthy rich....invariably on other peoples time. .....money gives options it true. But it is this leveraged earning that causes the pressure that creates the illusion in the first place. Freedom is of the soul, leverage that instead and we may all benefit from your struggle.

  • Thank you for the video, it really motivates me to go out and read the book.

The passion you show about the subgect really comes through

  • this boobk totally rocked!!!, although I truly think that reading this book may only cheer you up to do things and actually not giving you more emotional tools to success, wich are definetly needed.

its a great book, but for all those who have read the book, don't stay there, keep moving, keep reading, keedp thinking, keep creating new habits, keep studing, etc.

thats the exact idea of rich dad poor dad.

  • @ilwolves Dont get scammed by attending the, "rich dad coaching seminars"!

  • @devendati 1 this is spam, and 2 I learned by doing not by complining like you, thanks for your (bad) advice

  • Nice!!! I like this books I will make it my gold for the next 10 to 15 yrs to get in to investing.I'm on my 5th book they are the best tools you ever need.richdadpoordad, the cashflow quadrant,Guide to investing,Increase your financial IQ.Secrets of real state. Brother I'm telling you they are addicting. the best education you'll ever need. thanks for the clip nice story.

  • I need help. I have read this book and I am still broke and I am finding it hard to get out of the whole I have gotten myselfe into. I live in New Zealand and other people give up on me.

  • Hi. I am willing to help you. You can reply to this msg and from there I email you.

  • Where do you live?

    DO MLM

  • My question is,where are you financially and what are you doing to make your money?

  • The middle class will be phased out in the USA. It will only exist in China and India. Wait and see......

  • Hey men , this is also for me the best motivating bokk i had ever read , Im looking the person who comment you negativly, i think the person are like that (for answer the guy who ask the question what will be arrive if everybody act like the 5% ) I Think just when you look the comment , its enought to know its impossible ,because always somes persons will be negatives for all times a society is composed of slave(indirectly) and person who use slave (indirectly) Andim from a poor family .

  • Its me again , So dont give up BRO , Its simple but real , this is the reality....

  • hey, the heck with all these nay-sayers. ive read a few of roberts books as well as a few others. they have totally changed the way i think. i am currently in the process of buying my first rental property, and investing in another positive cashflow investment. i have also set a design to be financially free in 8 years. and guess where i work right now? wal-mart pushing carts. you dont have to be born rich to BECOME rich.

  • The reason rich people are rich is a combination of luck (like meeting the right people..being at the right place/right time), intelligence, and ambition...Also, most rich people come from rich families who help get them started...This is the truth....Now you owe me $19.99 for telling you that

  • im sprry ,but if EVERY ONE follow your idea , the america where not america actually ,but a poor country like other ....

  • You sound like my father. He was VP of a bank - and died of a heart attack at 46. Broke. That was the last piece of lecture he gave me about luck - "Luck" is simply getting back what your thoughts generate. You're not rich because of right place/time/ etc. You're lucky because you BECAME the person who was ready for the right time/place. Now you owe me ...hahahahah

  • I guess your dad was a waste of space because he died broke? Also, I see that you ignored everything else i said -- typical. I said it was a COMBINATION of luck, intelligence, and ambition. You sound like my mom. She's delusional too. And she's incredibly ambitious. She also failed miserably in multilevel marketing even though she's read all these Rich Dad books (and many others) and she spent all her time on the business..Luckily money isn't everything...p.s. we all go back to zero when we die

  • Yes, I read 'combination' - and since I am involved daily observing different intelligences and motivation, I know people who blame intelligence are just making excuses. What you meant by 'ambition' is actually 'drive'. People get their 'drive' from knowing their purpose and aligning it to their strengths and character. I know you're hurt, angry and scared for yourself and ur mom. That's ok. (Hugz). You can write to me and I'll be your sounding board til you find the calm in the storm!

  • We all go back to ZERO when we die, right, but unless we fell out of nowhere and we dont have anybody to leave when we die, duh, its not really about bringing all the wealth to heaven, its about leaving a legacy for the future generation, but i guess even that is ambition and delusion for you.

  • My question is this -- What if EVERYone followed this book? Who would build houses (you know, like the dirty work)? ...Who would paint houses?...Who would grow food? Who would transport that food? Who would cut your hair? Who would drive a school bus? Who would actually make the products that mulilevel marketing companies sell?......THINK ABOUT IT..

  • @fotwunny I thought the same thing.

  • they r independant due to the corruption of the greedy elite that make laws that make it possible to rip everyone else off without doing any real work .. money is power the more u have the more u have to control getting more money at everyone else's expense..$5 billion was spend lobbying congress to deregulate industries for big profits.. we see the result of the massive greed of these 1% of the population..

  • you sound like someone who's never had a lot of money before ^^

  • lol.. hate to disappoint u but been there done that..

  • My father joined Amway just for the tax writeoffs LOL. He didn't sell anything but his tax bracket was lowered big time because of it and his experienced CPA.

  • YUP!!!

Everyone needs to join an MLM, even if they don't make a single cent in that company, they still need to be in for the tax writeoffs, they save tons in the long run.

  • Yeah just read Lower Your Taxes Big Time By Sandy Botkin. It's an Amazing read and it's so sad that not many people know about it! Some people think 1099 is a marathon race :-P

  • Hello, man!

yes, I've read the book.... and many other books like that, about 30 or something.

Inspired of all this, I slowly quit my good job, and started to make "my future"....

    You know what?

I reeeeally wnat to return the day I proudly said to my boss - I'm not gonna work here any more....

I want to kick myself and tell myself - what the hell are you doing? Do you have ANY guaranty? ANY prospective?

I want to go past, I was happy there, rich and happy.... now I'm working harder than ever..

  • @alexIIkalen Your not rich in the past and your not gonna be rich in the future with that mindset of yours. People like you only make the bosses rich but don't worry about it. I'll make you rich, I'll show you the easy and fast way to get rich in just 3 days so e-mail me. I had been making people rich in just 3 days time every weeks. So don't miss out on this offer and e-mail me and find out how. My e-mail is Iscamlazypeoplelikeyou.yahoo.com :D.

  • @alexIIkalen Do you have any guarantee that your new boss at your new job wont fire you, that you'll be able to retire? Not even a million is enough anymore to retire. Do you think you'll be able to save up to a million at your job? Are you sure the dollar will be worth the same then? The dollar is declining in value continually. My advise is just do it; forget the books; forget what you've been taught and just do it. Take it from a man who had nothing and now has everything because of Rich Dad.

  • its a great book, its all about putting it to action.

  • hey man i really loved your presentation, and yes i was kind of lost before but once a mentor arrived in my life and he thought me about this concept, i am working with Amway and It just blessing on me...I will be success and will post my video when I will be diamond :) good job bro...!!!

  • is there a book called, no dad broke dad?

  • This is a great book.

  • lol douche.. so life is about acquiring money easily?

how about freeing yourself from the requirements of money?

or putting your energy into some kinda or moral or knowledge based efforts

  • Great book I've read it many times.

  • Ok Mate, this book changed your financial philosophy. You added this movie year ago. So

how big fortune you got now? And what are you doing now for living? Did you quit a rat race?

  • He has spoken forf amway, but Robert's also building his own downline with GBG through the alias of "millionaire monkey(com)"

  • I agree with you....great book and full of common sense, that is what people need more of, to think about how money works and what they can do for you,not what they can do to get money.

  • if you really like ( understand) this book ..then check out ..Amway Global business opportunity ...which helps you make very good amount of residual income...it will need hard work..but ...ya ...and get a audio CD of " RICH PLAN POOR PLAN." in which Robert Kiyosaki himself talks about the masterplan of Amway for 45 mins....take care...

let me tell you the truth ....if you are really amazed by this book...then AMWAY is there for you...

  • Great Job Ryan! Keep it up brother you've got what it takes!

    Aloha,

    Nuuanu

  • oklahoma!!! ya me 2.

  • its all about cashflow quadrant! That one really opened my eyes.

  • good review!

  • I just read the book and I have to say that it will change my life from now on...

  • Perfect , Great stuff

  • Hear What A 6yr Old Have To Say About CASHFLOW FOR KIDS

  • Hey, Ryan! I went through the same life-changing experience you described. As a result, I've taken classes through Rich Dad Education. I'm on my way.

Have you had the chance to play Cashflow 101? Would you consider taking classes through Richdad?

  • Ive read this book. I was in debt for $20,000 and in 2 more months I'll be out of Debt completely, and soon I'll be working part time and have my own business. Advice to all who dont believe: Choose your mentors carefully, my mentor has two business and works on the side. My Team leader where I work asked me "Why are you reading that STUPID BOOK?" I said "because I DONT WANT TO END UP LIKE YOU WORKING IN THE SAME SPOT FOR 10 YEARS!" btw because of the credit crisis... my Team Leader got fired.

  • if he makes money from his book sales doesn't that prove what his books are about. Would you really think Donnal Trump would work with him if he was a fake

  • If you really wanted to get into business, why not major in economics, accounting, administration, or some other related field. Learn from people that want that get paid to educate rather than people that get paid to sell you an idea.

  • I share your opinion about the book, I felt the same way when I read it first time, but I know that the keyword is FEAR. For example, in my case I´m an telecommunications specialist engineer and I´m afraid to be in a point where I say I studied for all my entire life something that I really like and that is not making me rich.. all is FEAR to sacrificed something we love to do

  • And my other question is do you have any personal opinion towards quixtar? If so do you recommend that I get out now? Thanks for you time and great upload.

  • Glad to see you liked the book. Recently picked it up myself and so far I would say I'm pleased with it. My only question is, do you think I should carry a different view on this book after finding out it was written for the quixtar program? And also after I myself have joined quixtar. I have found out that Robert Kiyosaki himself states that the program never gave him any profit. Aside from those who paid and were IBO's themselves.

  • GOD HAS BLESSED YOU AND I.

  • You are right Ryan!

    Excellent book---

Here is a really great video

of Kiyosaki talking about the Current Economy
