cool cuz im also making a pond right now its also 1000 gal but i dont know how many fish can i put, im planing to put like 8 koi is that ok?

You need at least 100 gallons per fish and 8 koi will be perfect, keep in mind they grow very fast during the summer.

If you want to have your koi healthy never over-stock your pond
