It can be easy sometimes. Although you could just collect a bunch of shield elixirs and buy a lvl 1 shield and start trying :P I wasted 55 elixirs on a lvl npc shield chinese and only got it to +7 and want to try to +8 and it fail. Shit happens :) But fun to :) And nope I didn't use any immortal. Clean npc shield :P

there are no tricks in alchemy only luck stones astral and imortal stones and got to be realy lucky

because i hade a lvl 90 staf +7 with 10 imortal and 8 astral on it and it faild from +8 to +9 and it never went past +6 agen it wosent my lucky day and i put a luck stone on it every time i tryd to + it

How normal is it to fail 4 times in a row, wasting 4 astral stones...trying to go from +4 to +5 >.> (wasting all the 4x lucky on my weapon)...

For all u +7 succeeders, u mustve been not just normally lucky, but INSANE lucky

Nope, the trick is for sil buyers. Dont buy astrals.... a +4 is easily made and doesnt take asmuch time as an +5. So just buy immortals. The more immos the more chances you have to +7

You should just not buy Astrals. thats what i do.... Just get Immortals only, +5 isnt as rare a +7 so why should you waste 51 silk to fail +5? just start over at 1 and get an extra chance on +6 and 7

there is no catch to alchemy in sro. You just have to try & try & try. I made +9, and countless +7's with no premium at all, most of them one shot. But have to say I had plenty of fails too. till I made an 85+7 shield, I destroyed 6 of them failing +7. peace
