Rice in Harbin? My experience with Dongbei restaurants is they don't even list it on the menu.

Perhaps the restaurants serve it for southern visitors?

Hey Secsh, I am very disappointed that you called me a liar. I am a simple tourist who recounted what I had heard from local guides. All I want to do is to show everyone this wonderful city and tell them how my wife and I embraced the rich Russian and Chinese culture that exists there.
