An easier way is to get a PCJ and ramp up on the roof across from the movie studio then ramp over the wall INTO the movie studio then move the ramp truck that's in the far right corner so it faces just right of the water tower (parked about 5 or 6 car lengths away from the wall) then start your run with the motorcycle over by the Hummer and vault the studio wall using the ramp truck. You'll land on the bridge past the barricades and you can drive on in to the 'forbidden' side of Vice City.
I think I've seen videos where someone does this; however, my experience is that I'm unable to do that myself. This method had a higher success rate in getting across anyways and since I had to have a reliable way of going between both islands, I had to use this method so I wasn't wasting time.
You could have gotten that from a few other 100% game saves, really. Actually those are much easier because you dont' have to do what I did in order to get from one island to the other.
Try one thing...When you're holding the revolver (the small gun Vercetti holds with both hands to shoot) and shooting press "A" or "D" :)...Vercetti's leges twist inside making him look def...It's amazingly funny...Try it out!
Type in PANZER to spawn a rhino, and turn on the vigilante mission, then get out of it get far away from it so you dont die, and type in BIGBANG and, it blows up all cars in vice city (before new ones spawned) and then spawn another rhino and keep on doing that, $50,000,000/min. or on one of the rampage missions,one by the beach(molotovs).The fire trucks come out,which makes no sense since the islands are closed.After you finished the rampage mission.

right. i was able to get to the last roof access jump using a PCJ600 as a make-shift ramp from the helicopter save point. i was also able to get past the gated fence at the marina using the same method (first u gotta bust down the tree). after doing that i got 44% as well. i still would like to know how you got the other two roof jumps (if indeed you were able to)

its pretty easy theoretically. not practically tho. so lets assume you completed as much as you possibly can. all that remains are the rooftop unique jumps and those two just beyond the gated fence in the marina. For the marina, go to the gate opposite to cortez's mission. use a car to bust down the small tree on the left side. take a PCJ that spawns naturally along the gate about 100 feet to the left.
with the new space created after removing the tree gain as much speed as possible and wheelie before you hit the ledge. this should allow you to clear the gap and land safely. of course the chances of this happening according to plan are slim
Next, you can access the last rooftop jump by taking two PCJs through the save building where the Heli is. place one PCJ on its side as a mini-ramp and use the other PCJ to jump to the building below. follow the series of jumps until u get to the final one.

That looks so much easier than using the bike to launch yourself over the water at the docks to jack a boat. Rather interesting is that you can do that in reverse order in Vice City Stories to get jump across and get to the other island before the game allows.

numan941 - Folder you put the file in is "My Documents" and I forgot what the exact name is "Vice City" something before or after, just search for it.
good job, but a slightly quicker way is to drive an ambulance backwards into the gate of the docks place at the marina, jump over and get a boat the whole way
wow, my method was way harder than this lol. I drove a coach down to the docks, pushed it into the water just by the barrier, jumped ontop of it and jumped past the barrier which gave me access to the boats.

If you don't have much money when you get to the other side,(lol) rob the pharmacy on the main street in little havana.
You'll need a gun so just kill a cop (or two) and rob the pharmacy.(Hold R1 to lock onto the clerk and he'll start giving you money.)
If you don't get enough money just jack a car and get it sprayed at the Pay 'N Spray down the street and then go back and rob him some more.
Then just continue to the shack and buy it.

That looks so much easier than using the bike to launch yourself over the water at the docks to jack a boat. Rather interesting is that you can do that in reverse order in Vice City Stories to get jump across and get to the other island before the game allows.

numan941 - Folder you put the file in is "My Documents" and I forgot what the exact name is "Vice City" something before or after, just search for it.

wow, my method was way harder than this lol. I drove a coach down to the docks, pushed it into the water just by the barrier, jumped ontop of it and jumped past the barrier which gave me access to the boats.
