Reggie is arguably the best college FB player of this generation. You can make a case for Tebow as well. But just like most of the great college players, Reggie has not been able to transfer his college magic to the pro level. He was ok his early years with the Saints and now is just a pedestrian running back who will probably be out of the league in a couple years. I don't know what happened to him but he can't shake a stick these days. He gets constantly tackled by linebackers in space.

He played on a Superbowl winning team and only saw the field on 3rd downs because there were 2 undrafted free agent RB's that were better NFL RBs than Reggie (Mike Bell, Pierre Thomas). He's not even the best player on the Dolphins and they are winless.

Chris Johnson had more carries in 2 seasons then Reggie did in 5 years, now whats that tell you? He has way to much talent to be a touch the ball 10 times a game guy. Wait till he breaks 250 carries and see what happens

@xxfootballfan25xx he doesnt get touches because hes not a physical runner and they use him for special teams and situational plays, such as moving him to the slot, or a receiver reverse. his rookie season he had his touches, but he doesnt run north south, he runs out of bounds and uses his speed to try and get the job done, but guys are too fast in the league so that doesnt work. THATS why he doesnt get touches, and THATS why he was never able to live up the hype.

@pierrekeller11 He got 150 touches his rookie season, and I hate to break it to you, but its really rare that rookies have 1000 yard absolute break out years. Every year after he hasn't even broken 120 carries. If you give a guy 20 carries a game, after 16 he only has 60 yards but on the 17th he breaks it for 70. Now he has 17 carries for 120 yards. Thats a great game and how Cj usually plays. It's really hard to be explosive and break long runs if you only get 5 chances a game to do it.

And Chris Johnson still does the flashy run around you shit and is great at it, because he gets so many opportunities that eventually with all that raw talent he's going to have a break away run. @kaimukiboi21 I dont think so. He doesnt really understand the NFL running game. At USC They gave the ball to him in open space and he rarely took the ball up the middle (between the tackles). In the pros he failed to realize that linebackers, safety and some lineman are just as quick as he is. He had the best coach a rookie RB could have in the veteran Duece McCallister. I'm not saying he's not an amazing talent, but he isn't ready to become an EVERY down back yet.
