I really wonder what Tasha and Jamie said afterward, at the end of the finale you see Tasha comes back and says she's not leaving Alice, but I wonder what happened in between!

It wasn't Jamie's fault. Both Alice and Tasha had a crush on Jamie. It happens. If anything it was all Alice's fault.
