  • Excellent.

  • Nice choices for voicing. Very thoughtful.

  • @lovemyrinker I appreciate your comment, thanks.

  • Shall I give up playing? I shall never be anything like as good as this. I think I'll just listen to the joy you give, instead.

  • @actorman1 I appreciate you comment, and by all means keep playing!

  • Truly inspirational! Your playing is a reminder of why I'm thankful I know how to play the piano! God bless your hands(he already has) ! : )

  • Thanks so much for your comment.

  • This is awesome! Might be what I need to break out of a rut that's been going on for too long now. Thanks!

  • good job man, sounds absolutely pro

    greetings from ecuador

  • @1sueco2 thanks my Ecuadorian friend. ;-)

  • I could listen to this song/arrangement for days nonstop. Now that the yardwork is done for the year, its time to start playing big time and I don't mean in the snow !

  • Thanks Don!

  • Thanks for your comment.

  • 5 stars as usual, I agree on Eliane Elias feeling, and not only for bossa drum machine in background.

  • Amazing performance! The video, virtual keybard and score combo are perfect.

All this is very inspiring. And it really sounds like Eliane Ellias!

The work of a master, as usual.

  • Your comment is appreciated, thanks.

  • Hell yeah - if that's not excellent then I just don't know what is. This stave and keyboards view works so well.

  • Thanks Paul.

  • Amazing as always -- I come to expect this sort of quality from you -- so I'm not surprised at how great it is. :) Love the style. Bossa is great.

    c'mon Roger! surprise me! haha.

Keep up the great work and keep posting!

Thanks a LOT. maybe one day I will be able to play like you (still working on it :) )

  • didn't like the bossa nova machine, but bars57-58 were cool...would like to hear this as a solo and let the left hand hit the bass notes. good u put up the score for the nubes, but I don't think it will help them

  • I follow many musicians on youtube, and you always end up the best (altho' some are in the earliest stages of their careers, I guess). In any case, thanks for putting me on to Elias, what a wonderful beat that is. Thanks for your continuing and reliable musicianship. . . always a pleasure.

  • I greatly appreciate your comment.

  • Like how you added guitar to the background track, Rog. Also gives us a different flavor in F compared to the usual Eb.

  • Thanks Bobby. I tried to create the backing track to emulate the way Eliane Elias performs this and she does this in the key of F.

  • Yep, I realized that after I hit your link for Elias. :) Nice job. Maybe a Strayhorn piece next?

  • Enjoyed watching you play. Thanks for compiling and sharing this clip :-)

  • Thanks for your comment.
