  • Another tool to distance Americans from the wars and suffering they create.

  • And there goes my future as a fighter pilot. Oh well Capitalism over a mans dream.

  • meanwhile in America teachers are getting food stamps because they don't get paid enough to climb above poverty level.

  • another USA "Democracy" Toy

  • this music sounds like its from Dragonball

  • i wont one for Christmas.

  • fighter pilot get a lot of tang, will the joystick jocks get all the tang in the future?

  • @datzfast i say we recruit some gamer nerds from South Korea & make the power fullest air-force in human history.

  • this is the future of aerial warfare...you can build one f-22 raptor or for the same cost build 20 of these stealthy drones and arm them to the teeth with BVR missiles..

manned fighter aircraft are coming to extinction and war will be fought with nerds sitting behind computer screens.

  • @ISinisterI if they make fighters by control remote [''nerds behhind computer screens''] they will have a large radar signal & F-22 pilot could EASILY take out a dozen of these. F-22 pilots dont have a radar signal, they dont even communicate with other pilots. If they want to make these stealthy monsters theill have to be autonomous, its dangerous but USAF is researching, even private companies have prototypes, look up BIGDOG.

Still, if their autonomous their flaws can cause terrible accidents.

  • @prjerry7: That is UNTIL the F22 runs out of munitions. Then the UAV because they are so comparatively cheap will overwhelm, just as Sherman tanks did the Panzer V and Tiger. Manned aircraft are obsolete really more due to long range lasers blinding pilots. There, it has been said..

  • @paullubliner their cost effective but i wouldnt say their air-superiority vehicles now, ill have faith theill be air superiority vehicles once they can carry out missions autonomously [being given logistic information previously ofcourse], this will be very difficult to accomplish but i know we will get there.

  • Its really funny how on youtube, a video about a stealth combat drone brings up comments about ejaculation, diabetes, china and pacifists.

  • @sucker1999: No, it's the acknowledgement of the huge generational leap the UAV represents that causes this reaction.

  • I wonder, if all military spending stoped and all went to feed the world, what would happen? I'll tell you what would happen. Nobody would profit so ya, thats never gonna happen.

  • @AnarkiS nothing, the world is fat. china had 20 percent adult onset diabetes do you want me to give the number for africa or can you manage to find it yourself? oh and by the way food is grown for a profeit. the world is going to painfully become aware of that soon when cash and gold become worthless and food is the only thing worth anything. the airplane is cool too bad that wont last either.

  • @AnarkiCZ : Read history for the answer or the next sentence: Orders of magnitude more starving humans in an additional 20 years. That's what.

  • Bad copied Russian UFO or Tarielka (EKIP) ... after 30 years at least something similar could be done ... As to other Russian aircraft technology - only now crept up;))

  • This is all junk! NO digital image for pilot. And still relying on line of site.

  • While I do believe that more money should be spent on peace initiatives than war machineries, a powerful army is still a necessity today just as an effective police force is necessary. As for drones and missiles being used - well I'll leave the 'fair fights' to Hollywood. I just want the enemy dead !! War is not about fair fights, its about destroying or subduing your enemy ASAP !!

  • @ccrich100 The answer sadly is because you are naive. Optimistic but unrealistic.

  • @paullubliner Perhaps if you have the IQ to grasp simple statements in English you could see that there are NO forward looking statements and therefore, nothing about optimism or pessimism. But since you are responding as if you are as dumb as a horse's ass, I'll let you have the moment.....Afterall, the mentally challenged must be given some accommodation...

  • @ccrich100 And I quote: "While I do believe that more money should be spent on peace initiatives than war machineries" (Sp.) That is both a naive position and a "Forward Looking Statement" regardless of your intended qualifying statements. You've gone "Ad Hominen" to cover your own political views as plainly stated by yourself.

  • Drones are weapons of cowards who like to fight hiding behind the disks.

    Coming soon to your city.

  • its astonishing how much money is being spent just to observe and kill people.

  • @WolYou It has always been that.

  • they actually have a prototype that is flying for the USAF right now along the pakastani border, no weapons cache but it is just doin some surveillance

  • is that's available for sale ?

  • Try this on for size. Use these in afganistan along the pakistani border, here is the perfect proving grounds to get UCAVs " combat proven". This way the company that makes these could eventually sell them to other goverments. Also if those same goverments who might be strapped for cash might sell one or more of these to a group or goverment that opposes us and use them against the U.S. Or 9-11 revisited pack one of these with fuel and or explosives... well, you get the picture.

  • i know,, i have thought about that for some time now.. why don't our fighters, already have some type of emp ordinance. for air to air, etc. would even stop a guided stealth icbm, if you can track it.

  • nice, i think i like the current uavs a little better thou.

  • i herd the united states is alrdy working on counter weapons for these..... A EMP burst that will knock em right out of the sky

  • An EMP brust would knock any plane with computers out of the sky

  • @101andrewj: No. Not if they're shielded with mu metal. No joke read up.

  • lol what heppens when u start fighting other people with UAV then its a larger scale robot wars where the only people killed are the civs

  • it becomes a global video game :D

  • Wow, what's up with all of the green peace tree huggers here? If there are terrorist who are making nuclear bombs, you don't just walk in and politely ask them to stop it. You bomb the hell out of them, that's how you make them stop. Flex your muscles a little bit, get some respect, and no one will touch you.

  • mmmmm... you sound like a 12 yr old who hasn't started thinking yet........ hahahaha flex your muscles a bit and get some respect lololololol.... you should learn to play chess !!!

  • I actually won State in chess and I currently attend Standford University. Also, I used flexing your muscles as a metaphor. After America dropped atomic bombs on Japan we never heard from them again. Looks like it works to me.

  • mmm.. really worked well in Afghanistan and Iraq too huh? Spose you also in that case think that if anyone dropped nuclear bombs on America they would never hear from you again? Who are the terrorists making nuclear bombs?... Pakistan, Israel, China, Russia.... don't see you bombing the hell out of them! Hang on... lets make that statement ''bomb the hell out of them if they are really really weak" hence no bombing of Nth Korea or Iran.

  • @slacker3442 That's a nice fairytale you're telling yourself. So you think we can stop terrorists with nukes. The U.S. supposedly the strongest most powerful nation in the world is still trying to finish up two wars started almost 8 years ago against very weak unorganized countries. You apparently think that if we destroyed millions of civilians who have nothing to do with terrorism, the problem would be solved sooner. Wrong, the problem would be bigger. Last man standing only works for one man.

  • FINALLY!!! I'm not alone anymore :D

  • By far the most intelligent comment on this video.

  • Another expensive, ingenious & cool way to kill each other, just what the world need more violence and terror, keep up the good work technotards.

  • Now is NOT the future

  • I agree, nothing new just something old reworked to fly unmaned...

  • tru dat....

  • @WarGodKills Neither now nor the future are now or the future. Same with the past, which also is not.

  • i like the design, it's very unusual, but the thing that sucks is to see that people do all this to send death fast to others... can they send life the same way? if you find a video about that.. i'll be please if you tell me

  • yea, i also admire the technology, but i would like to see humanity develop hi-tech stuff for all other purposes besides killing. If we wan't to kill each other, I say let the people do it by hand, not just press a button at 5000km away.

  • i was just in the Volvo showroom, i made a small video of the New XC60. Soon i will upload the test drive video. Give me about 45 minutes till i upload this video... it's still on the camera

  • @rockvanisher

just ONE more war....to end all wars...

  • @nucular1000 that's what war against terrorism is about, and it will never work...

and i don't think by the way people are doing things ( action movies, war games, mafia wars, whatever... bad media, the food you're eating... chemicals in the food, will make bad energy in the human body that is transformed to hate, vaccines given to babies are poisons, also lots of medicines, goes hereditary to children ) that fights will ever end...

it might end, if something really important changed

  • @rockvanisher Lol... You have it pretty wrong dude... You want no more war, then you have to take away opinion and religion. Just think about what each war is caused by... It all boils down to opinion and religion. But do that, and people aren't unique or human for that matter... Thus... War is human in a manner of speaking...

  • @FirepoisonX absolute nonsense. People FIGHT because we are convinced it's necessary. Most of the time we're convinced due to a lack of RESOURCES (so let's take someone elses) or because we have been convinced Group-X is the cause of all Group Y's problems.

Religion is fine. It's people's fucking GULLIBILITY that leads to war.

Once we're intelligent enough to realize WE ALL GOTTA EAT we'll stop murdering each other and start growing food and cleaning water/air

  • @pdderek lame, were all so fat its killing us, humans dont grow food for hunger, companys grow food for profeit. our species do not grow food or hunt.

  • @FirepoisonX other animals have fights & group fights with the same species or others, the causes can range from territorial to sex or even just because of insecurity. Iv seen thousands of fire ants war upon hundreds [from what i saw] of small tree termites in my island, i dont know why but if anything that was war, war isnt unique to humans

  • @FirepoisonX: It's cultural difference, not religion that is the issue.

  • @rockvanisher that how war works.. :/

anyway.. you live in Lebanon so..

  • @rockvanisher i can send life fast to others, ejaculation

  • @rockvanisher in the 90's we used our bombers to drop food wagons into Russia :D

Still, i doubt these little manless planes can drop much cornflakes

  • @rock vanisher suppose the aircraft kills a bioweapon expert that was going to wipe out the human species? you are in favor of that right.

  • wow that is a so cooool X-45 plane,,,

but never never show video in here,,,

because of china / ussr russia can copy steal from america plane

  • thank you alien government!!!!

  • Awesome. Just imagine two of these flying alongside every F-22 or F-35.

  • umm i dont think the U.S. needs this because they have the MQ-9 which holds 6 missles and is wireless

  • This is more stealthier and faster.

  • how fast does it go ? ?/h

  • a lot faster than the MQ-9... the MQ-9 is a propeller UAV.

This is an Autonomous Jet UCAS.

Difference being that it uses jet engine, and it does not need continuous human input.

  • It's main defense is to simply avoid detection and destruction by manned fighters by being stealthy and small.

They would be very effective against a target like Iran but not China or Russia since they would be able to still detect them via the sat up link and send fighters to hunt them down visually.

Shooting down drones from a manned platform is pretty easy esp when they are in AI mode because you jammed the sat uplink it's akin to shooting fish in a barrel.

  • no..... even a missile truck would be difficult to shoot down.

A squadron of 6 drones carrying 4+ BvR Missiles each can just find targets, fire, then run.

It may be easy to dogfight a Drone, but its hard to dodge a volley of missiles.

  • anyone ever see the x44 manta?no specs ever released and they said they stopped research, looks like raptor came from it to me,search x44 manta in google images, look at the markings on it,weird

  • Err, yeah, these do have great AI. They're terribly proud of it, read their site. They also have collaborative capabilities, forming a network of mini drones and these fearful things.

Also, you can betcha there's no off switch. Terminator here we come!

  • The off switch is EMP.

Electronics and EMP do not mix well.

    "Will it blend"

  • EM Shielding does exist, and most military hardware are protected by EMPs

  • Does anyone know the background music to this??

  • Some of you are so far behing you think you're in front. I want to see the URPV(unmanned rescue people vehicle). If we applied our intelligence to saving people in all situations that may be encountered in any country. The militias, countries, radicalists, who frown on America maybe wouldn't have a problem with all the crap they hate about us. Death doesn't scare nor excite me. Saving and helping people do. In this plane may not come back. In rescue the odds are better. Less taxes, too

  • wow very wonderful..

i don' t want ussr russia have it

  • Its so they can scan and send back the info with out having them man a craft for a hundred years getting here.

  • Whats the point in this? They won't be any use if you can't communicate to them unless they have shit hot AI. In a real fight China can easily make the US blind along with these fancy planes by hitting satallites. Not convinced here.

  • Clearly you underestimated the capability of AI and automation. Future AI will be smart enough to operate itself without the help of a human counterpart. Hence, all AI technology is built base on that purpose. Future UAVs will be able to navigate, by compass, inertial navigation and ground recognition system. This is still an early developement, don't forget that we have achieve many technologies at a breakneck speed.

  • I don't think you understand what I said. AI to operate in the "real world" needs sensors. These sensors will need to be space-based. The Chinese can destroy satellites easily - as they have proved. This plane *isn't* that great because of this gaping vulnerability. It'll be fantastic for bombing countries with third world military-complexes however.

  • And do you think without satellites, aircrafts won't be able to operate? It would slow it down but not stop it. Sure no more GPS for navigation and weapons guidance but they can still hit their target fairly well with laser designation and IR locking.

  • umm, more leeetle drones?

  • Oh please, do you actually think China will destroy all of our satellites just because they destroyed one their own? Get real.

  • China doesn't have to destroy the sats to disable this.

All they need to do it send some aircraft with a lot of electronic counter measures up jam the signal and then send some Sukhois equipped with IR sensors to enjoy their turkey shoot.

This might be way not much has been heard from the project as of late.

  • 1. China has yet to demonstrate capability of shooting down high orbit satellites, as they obviously struggled with one low orbit satellite.

    2. You need to find these drones 1st.

Also, whose not to say it can't carry its own Electronic warfare equipment?

whose to say it wont have a variant dedicated for that, followed by other conventional ones?

The point of these is to fly around, find, shoot, then run.

    Not dogfight.

  • basically your saying the point is to skip like a fag to another country, slap, and run like a fag

  • Its not fags it gays. And they dont skip.

    They float.

  • We have an extremely wide satellite constellation, so we are talking a simultaneous attack on dozens of satellites (many of which are not geosynchronous), and UAV's certainly do not operate without the best in electronic warfare counter-measures. Even in the event that contact is somehow disrupted, they can still complete their mission. These aircraft, while they often rely on human control, can acquire and attack both air and ground targets completely autonomously.

  • These UCAVs work best on Wild Weasel SEAD missions so that non-stealthy aircraft can safely enter enemy airspace once the SAM threat has dissipated.

  • This is nothing new Aliens have had unaliened crafts for a million years.

  • LOL!! BRAVO!!

    hahaha

  • Where's the point when they stop creating new technology just to kill and murder?

I mean, can't we kill good enough now?

  • you need to kill better than the other guy to stop yourself from being invaded (don't forget, best defense can in some cases be a good offense

  • Awesome!
