That was Nikki Cox playing Gina, or Regina as her adoptive parents called her. She was on for a few episodes, she reluctantly gave Jagger some info that helped him find Stone. Her parents wanted her to stay away from both of them.

Again, Ace, thank you!! I caught a glimpse of Stone's sister there at the beginning of the clip; I didn't remember her being on back then.
