off topic,

in the video i noticed to cockpit displays are flickering when you sit in the cockpit. I have seen this in many videos of a330s and a320s and many planes. Why does it happen?

The screens are not actually flickering- that is an effect created by the video camera. It has to do with different scan rates for the screens and the camera.

@erikthered97 Where as our eyes do not see them, because we see video at a lower "framerate" so to speak, whereas when a camera records, some displays with a lower, or unequal refresh rate will be picked up by the camera as either flickering, or a line moving down them, because the camera records at a higher framerate, and plays it back slower. So we see the flickering or lines.
