My mother did it using beet juice from ground beets and the leafs and fresh lemon juice. only drank lots of that and water and on the third night a cup of olive oil and a half cup lemon. lie on left side with right knee drawn up to open the illeocecal valve. not sure abourt the spelling. It turned them into aqua colored jelly like blobs . that was in 1982. she still has her gallblader,and she only had to do it once. Haven't found that one on youtube yet. I never heard of this recipe.

Just a quick Question: When/If Gall Stones come out...they come through in feces not piss, correct?!

If you have gallstones, get a surgery. The stool you get from liver flush is NOT gallstones. I did this and thought I no longer have gallstones. After a week I nearly died because the gallstone blocked my gallbladder so badly. I have my REAL gallstone and its rock-hard, 1.2 cm small. The stools I had after a liver flush looked like gallstones but were soft. I think they're just a result of the chemical combination of the flush.

@Charliecopperfield You probably didn't do the flush properly. The first time I did one I got no stones because I hadn't done the flush properly.. that was about 10 years ago. Since then I've read Andreas Moritz book on the liver cleanse and have done 3 flushes properly and got stones out every time. The 3rd one I got out much larger stones. Get Andreas Moritz book! and do it properly.. not this guys's method right here..

your cleanse is too complicated.... a simple grapefruit juice+olive oil cleanse w/ an epsom salt solution does the trick...it removed my gallstones.

I did a liver cleanse. A cat came out followed by an old bike, a tea service, some marzipan wrappers, an advert for the 1987 Fiat Punto, a plank, a dozen bullets & an old pram...but no stones

Watching another liver flush video, I figured that enormous amount of gallstones ca not be coming from person's gallbladder. Gallbladder is a small organ, even if stretched, won't hold a cup of gallstones.

Galbladder stones were created in the intestine by reaction between olive oil and lemon juice plus secretions of duodenum. That reminds me of removing ear wax using wax tube and fire. Large amount of wax removed actually comes from melted wax tube.

a friend of mine did something like that. 1 glass of orange juice for half glass of olive oil, she fainted, too much pain, the rocks came big, she had to go to the hospital, someone told me if I ever wanted to do that use cucumber juice, that will make the stones into powder, i was so scared never did it!!!!

You can't just drink a lot of water without also getting enough salt!

It can be lethal, water flushes out salt, and salt is vital for processes in the body.

Also, if the water is chlorinated and fluoridated drinking a lot of it isn't healthy either..
