@Crackpot7272 , It,s a speech from Minister President Edmund Stoiber (State Bavaria). He is talking over the first wildlive bear who cames from Italy to Germany. The bear (named Bruno) did not get political asylum.

Mr Stoiber called him a Problem-Bear. The hunting season on bear Bruno had been opend. Now Germany is still wildlive bear free.
