HoN must be awesome! it looks cool and have some good grafics! but it wasnt. its just a copy, as boring as DotA to me. then i played LoL and it was completly different with a fast gamestyle. if you like HoN, play HoN. If you like LoL, play LoL.

He played a really easy hero (soulstealer) and he was so bad, he ended up at 50cks after 50mins, that's lasthitting 1 creep each minute, which is terrible, even a noob does better. and he ofcourse didn't deny.

sadly, LoL has no competetive either, and no casts or no tournaments that's official. or else even HoN players would just go there to own everyone.

I consider myself a decent glacius and it's one of my most played heroes.

that being said, I've overlooked chilling presence over his two nukes most of the time to improve early game ganking ability and survivability/babysitting ability.

It has been suggested that tundra blast should only have 1 level invested early but i disagree (again) as in team ganks, it is the difference between a good gank and a double/triple.

Also, shrunken head is helpful if your team needs an initiator.

If u pop your ulti like the vid says (in the middle of a fight) there's a less chance of getting interrupted since other spells are being used in other heroes.

Glacius to me is considered a piggy bank, u break it and money!(gotta love its 80 g/min). Early game, you are easy to gank in lane in the ganking phase, and unless the psynergy with ur laning partner is good, u will probably die in every ganking attempt (against glacius).

Aoe intense fights, he simply dies just by supporting even being in the sidelines.

Ppl tablet of command ur ult, or if the other team has any initiative u might get picked off just as the fight starts, since its so fragile.

I agree with you nigma I always rage at people who don't put a point in his AOE SLOW early. Crystal Maiden was one of my favorite heroes in dota, but Glacius really seems to get a bad rap in HoN (except for being a mana battery). Item build never changed from dota you get wards, boots, 2x bracers, portal key. One thing I think you failed to show is portal keys chasing ability on glacius. You can incase, auto attack, tundra, auto attack, key, incase, auto attack, tundra....continually.

ghost marchers aren't recommend for him imo, even thou the extra burst mobility could be good, it still leaves u extremely squishy, plated greaves were great on him, but with the recent change i dont know if they are still worth it, the extra damage reduction they gave were crucial for him, steam boots would be the best option for him now i suppose, he needs the extra hp badly.

other than that, wards are his main job, if u get extra gold, other support items that were suggested are fine imo.

glacius is by far one of my most favorite heroes, played in the right hands he can be devastating early game.

one note thou, leveling tundra blast at level 1 isn't always a must, wait before u choose it over ice imprisonment, because an immoblize + mini stun at the rune spot could benefit u way more over just a slow, i managed to get 2 kills for my team just by waiting with choosing the skill, going to the rune, noticing the enemy, choosing ice imprisonment and raping them with my team.

Glacius is extreme early game, although even if you gank alot and gain some lvls and cash. He still won't do anything late game. In mid game his ult is really good imo but lategame it doesn't do damage fast enough... Therefore glacius shouldnt be combined with early gankers like pyro imo. although he is nice with soulstealer but since he doesn't do anything lategame he should be with a carry like ss... :)

I usealy max the aura first and then ice imprisoment, the slow nuke is something that goes last because in my opinion stun is better early because you can quikly kill heroes, slow is batter late because then the battles drag on and on.

Also this hero rocks with a good tempest, your aura makes it easy to jungle and your ulti is a good syenergy with tempest ulti.

Lvl 6-7 ult is fairly early, often too early. Its useless until teamfights start, and unless both teams are trying hard push strats this isnt going to happen until your around lvl 9-10 or even more. Ice imprionment is basically always a better first spell to get, then lvl 1 tundra and chilling presence +. Decscent guide, fairly obvious stuff. Probabley should as Shruken as an item.. though you'd need alot of farm (somehow??) to get one after better items.

What do you think about Shrunken Head in case you're against many stunners? Or, if you're against a lot of stunners where none of them has AoE stun, what about Assassin's Shroud, since you can ult and then go invis while channeling? I suppose that's just ward/dust-bait though.
