I watched this movie with my mom, and its the best. Although, the only one who lives (SPOILER ALERT) is the guy she's with and her birth mother. Me and my mom were talking about kids and how cruel they are, and I explained to my mom how nothing like this happens, and bullying is usually done inconspicuosly of the staff at my school, and my mom told me stuff like that, (not telekinis) but bullying, happened in her school. /: times changed.

I guess Rachel could be, at least, blond as Carrie was, but with another visual, not the same long blonde hair. I guess this is a nice sequel, a teen horror that replaced the morbidity of the original movie. The scene of the revenge is very nice.

They changed the actor because the sequel takes places years later after Carrie and her mother DIED. The sequel focuses on Carrie's half-sister so, as much as people complain about there being a different actor, it makes sense if you bother to think about it.

The reason why this sequel was so awful was because it was simply a rehashed version of Carrie.

It brought nothing new to those who had already seen the original and it just wasn't good enough to stand alone as a horror; there was nothing at all original about the scare scenes or even the climax. It's probably one of the worst horror films I've seen.
