  • I am having a really hard time understanding the ingredients - especially the spices. For those who are not totally familiar with Indian spices, please have some kind of subtitle to show what they are. This would be a HUGE help. Thanks. Keep up your cooking channel though I enjoy watching them.

  • U are the Best !!!!

  • I reckon if u add capsicum at the start with onion, it will give a good smell to it, and at peas too in bhaji if u like.

  • This specific video is taking too long to open both in vahrevah site and here also. i tried manytimes but could not see it completely even once.

  • here is the solution: in youtube, you pause the video after it get started and let it buffer. when you see it is buffered enough, play it.(you can also let buffer to end in order to enjoy it without any stopage)

  • I like it how you say "little bit of" (butter, oil, garlic, etc.) and proceed to add a whole lot of it!! :D Great show though!

  • LOL

  • @Anand2006 yeah...I am craving this now.

  • Sanjay Thanks ever so much for sharing your recipes. My family and I love to watch you - your enthusiasm and passion for cooking is contagious. I have been in the kitchen a lot more since watching the vahchef videos on youtube. Veg biriani was good, rajma was good, but truly the best so far was bhaji to go with pavs. I am pretty good at baking so I made a bunch of soft pavs and the bhaji took it over the top! I had even everyone licking their fingers. I now know how spicy to make it. Thanks

  • agree on the beet .. food colour has sometimes proved to be cancerogenic .. also while you cook, it would be a good idea to offer some 'low-calori' alternatives .. though doubt one can make pav bhaji without tons of butter :)

  • Hey Sanjay...indtead of adding color if you use bit root in the vegetables...the color will automatically turn red...

  • man,,,it looks so mouth watering. you are so good cook.

    love it

  • yum!

  • you r really a gud cook..very interactive method u adopt....i love ur dishes

  • its good but i dont like kalifalower
