Tomy/ trackmaster range review

Hey Rickey, since you prefer TOMY track ,your in luck. TOMY has come back to the U.S. they wont make thomas stuff, as trackmaster has covered that, but it means we can still readily get TOMY track. just thought I'd tell you in case you haven't heard.

I got R/C James & Percy on Sunday, & got the Flipping Face Thomas on Christmas. I agree with you about James being the best of the three, but his firebox is just way too big.

The Trackmaster Whiff Has The Wrong Wheel Arrangement, Whiff's wheel arrangement is a 4-2-2, not a not a 0-6-0

btw ricky i bought a tomy sodor adventure set and 2 trackmaster track packs [planning to get more] and i have if i do the track packs by plan i get all of em connecting in the front and crashes but if i dont i have enough for a few sidings and 2 main lines

I actually quite like some of the colored trucks like the green ones and the blue ones. The blue ones look like James' "new" trucks. But I've noticed this: why don't the colored trucks have faces?

The ones in the Thomas and The Freight Cars set and the single packs from Japan have faces, but if you want a train, you'd have to buy a bunch of them off Ebay
