Hey how do I get started on this? I've already tried downloading the client 4 times but it doesn't let me and when it did it said something about the file being incomplete.

Hey dudes, can anyone help me please?
When ever i double click the icon on my desktop nsstarter starts downloading version info then a box pops out saying " The server name could not be found ", What should i do? I downloaded the game like a month ago and same thing happened. Please reply me fast. Thanks.

Neo Steam is an MMORPG ish game. Only 4 characters you can choose with about 6 different combinations and fixed genders for race. So only female in the game are Elfs.
The world is pretty huge and seamless kind of like Lineage II.
