your technique is to die for, but it really doesn't fit with the music... listen to the accents and dynamics of the song and use those. just let go of all the twirls and falls, and follow the beat, you know?

@jjbho i dont think so cheerleading is labeled the most dangerous and demanding because not only are we DANCERS :) but Gymnasts as well and its really dangerous when you throw a 150lb maybe less girl in the air and she comes down with 2000lbs of force
