  • Abortion is an issue only because our society has abandoned Gods Word. God would rather nip this problem in the bud before any abortion could take place. Deuteronomy 22:13-21 says if a man marries a girl and finds her not to be a virgin, then she is to be stoned to death. Notice the girl is to be killed without a concern of whether she might be pregnant. God doesnt want that selfish man stuck raising a baby which wasnt his! The bible god's answer is to kill both the girl and the baby

  • So is this really Father Frank Pavone who is running the channel? If it is, cool!

What is your opinion on voting third-party?

  • Republicans being the lesser evil is a scary concept. But it might be true if you're considering Obama's record on partial birth abortion. Abortion, Irak, Guantanamo, Waterbording, Iran, bla bla bla... I'm going to watch more youtube videos of cute puppies to forget that the world is sick.

  • This is blatant propaganda for the republican party. John McCain is not 100% anti-abortion like Alan Keys or whoever. He will not do anything to overturn Roe vs. Wade. Yes, I'm pro-choice and a dirty liberal, but conservatives are fooling themselves if they think McCain is the answer.

    I love you.

Yes, I am a social conservative, and am surprised and refreshed to see a liberal pro-choicer pointing this out. Pro-lifers voting for McCain because he claims to be "pro-life" are manipulated hypocrites.

We should be electing representatives who represent us, not trying to "manipulate the manipulators" as is suggested in this video. That is the fundamental principle in effect in a representative democracy.

I am in fact voting for Alan Keyes because of this, and I have more respect for your voting choice, assuming you will be applying the same principle to your voting choice of course, than I do of those voting for McCain for pro-life reasons.

    Thanks again.

  • Thank you for this video and the parties video. As a Catholic, I often find it hard to reconcile my choices with my faith. I am pro-life and against abortion. I am pro-life and against the death penalty. I am pro-life and against the war. I am pro-life and against physician assisted suicide. Neither party lines up with my stand on these issues, and very few candidates do. So I'm left with trying to pick the best candidate. Again, thank you for these videos.

  • Being against the death penalty is against the Bible. Genesis 9:6 says if a man takes the life of another man, by man shall his blood be shed. This helps to recognize how precious the INNOCENT person's life was. More importantly, often murderers are released from prison and immediately MURDER AGAIN! God authorized wars in the Bible, and war can be the lesser of two evils. Muslims attacked us on our OWN soil 9/11/01 and needed to be nipped in the bud. War can SAVE lives in the long run,

  • God has blessed us with a candidate that we can be proud of, but it seems as if the majority of pro-life American's have blinders on. I encourage every God loving citizen to listen to Alan Keyes speak to his supportes on April 26, 2008. see website for recording.

  • While I agree with Fr. Pavone regarding the foolishness of "staying home," I must respectfully take issue with the concept of choosing the lesser evil when the election will have more than two candidates to choose from.

If there is an honorable candidate to vote for who is not a corrupted Democrat or Republican, it is my God-given duty to support and vote for such a candidate.

How many of our God-given rights and liberties are we willing to sacrifice to "win" with a dishonorable candidate?

  • I do not disagree with what Fr. Pavone has said about choosing the best of the two candidates, even if we do not particularly like either of the two. However, if there is a good choice among the nominees, due to a candidate running for a third party that is pro-life, pro-family, and pro-freedom, how could it be wrong to vote for that candidate? I am not asking how to justify voting for one of the major candidates. How could be wrong to vote according to our informed conscience?

  • Most of this is a great message about voting for everyone! I think the metaphors and the term "evil" are a bit harsh though...

While our government officials are supposed to keep religion out of government decisions...separation of church and state is not possible in the minds of religious voters.

  • Separation of church and state. Your cult should not be tax exempt if it wants to involve itself in elections.

  • I did not hear Fr. Pavone endorse a particular party. He has every right to express his views in regard to people voting. And this "Separation of church and state" is not in the constitution. It provides that, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;" Maybe some people should pay more attention to the second part.
