  • The Civil Rights Act doesn't even outlaw racism.

  • This video still brings tears to my eyes. Thank you guys for doing this.

  • This seriously almost made me cry. This is beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing. I'm tearing up again now. :') ~ STOP THE HATE!! <3

  • This is chillingly beautiful. I felt my heart flip inside my chest. Thank you SO MUCH for what you're doing! <3

  • beautiful. what was the song?

  • @frannythescorpian Thanks! I used three songs:

    1. Home - Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros

    2. Dog Days Are Over - Florence + The Machine

    3. Somewhere over the rainbow - Israel Kamakawiwo'ole

  • really nice event, very well expressed, and fantastic to raise awareness. but even a small way to start to fight homophobic tendencies within society would be to not use the term 'queer' when referring to homosexuals. sounds petty i know, but even in a well meaning context it is a derogatory description. we're all equal, therefore there's nothing queer about us. just something to consider

  • This touches my heart, but I cried when they started naming names because ONE NAME IS ONE TOO MANY!! STOP THE HATE!!

  • This senseless hatred against gays needs to stop.

  • This was amazing ! I was at GCS when this was happening !

  • Fight hate with Love. Corny as it sounds, try to make the best of it

  • I doubt this was cute to anybody there with children, who already went through 9-11, and know chemical warfare attacks are always a possibility.

  • Thank you for posting this. Solidarity from Taiwan.

  • Well done New Yorkers!!!!

  • Fight the good fight. Stop the H8!

  • much love and solidarity from sydney!

  • @franzfaramir Thanks Franz, right back at you! :-)

  • FANTASTIC VIDEO!!! Thank you for being there, Ryan. We were all so proud and amazed at the number of participants. The fact that this, was for many participants, their first act of civil disobedience is moving... but the fact that no one stood-up when the police demanded we do is even more powerful. THANK YOU for being there and stay involved!!! - Eugene (the tall dude with glasses shouting the names)

  • @EugLoven Thank you for helping organizing the event! It was amazing to see so many people show up in support. Gives us some hope. Thanks again. :-)
