  • I swear I can't get enough of Pop Pilates! I keep watching the videos to 'screen' for my favorites and I love them so much I just HAVE to get off my butt and do it! It's an addiction and I'm loving every minute. Well, until the morning after when I'm sore.

  • i was in the middle of this when a huge bug cam crawling right by my shoulder! i am TERRIFIED and COMPLETLY GROSSED OUT by bugs so i had to stop and put a cup over it. Now im litteraly shaking because i am traumatized. i think im gonna try again tomorrow! lol. But i don't have a muffin top, i just wanna tone down there!

    If you knew anything about exercise you'd know.

    Pilates gives different results to walking/running/jogging etc.

    Also it's more practical for people who want/need to exercise at home.

    I have one question about this workout: during the side leg lifts, is it okay if i keep my shoulders and head down? Cause otherwise, I just can't do it!

  • Oh Lord, this was my first popilates workout and well...it killed me, and with time my muffin top!

  • @kresleyfamily1 With eating clean and doing everyday cardio, a week or two weeks until you notice that your muffintops are less! just my experience :D

  • @kresleyfamily1 it depends on how often do you workout.If you want faster results do cardio, HIIT and eat clean.

    If you are exercising regurarly I would say it takes a week or two.
