@kresleyfamily1 With eating clean and doing everyday cardio, a week or two weeks until you notice that your muffintops are less! just my experience :D
Tip: for all the people having trouble with the airplane twist thingy in the beginning.. letting your toes touch and pressing your forearm to the floor works well too. (instead of feet up and elbow touching) woop :D

Pilates gives different results to walking/running/jogging etc.
Also it's more practical for people who want/need to exercise at home.

@kresleyfamily1 it depends on how often do you workout.If you want faster results do cardio, HIIT and eat clean.
If you are exercising regurarly I would say it takes a week or two.
