I see it. All the gates should be down or else someone who is stopped on the tracks could possibly be hit by a second oncoming train

@Hayeshacker0NE: I disagree. The way it is setup is the proper way. No need for the other flashing light signals to be on, if there is no train there. The crossing is set up this way so people who pass the track the train is on are allowed to clear. Very clever setup if you ask me.

This is a cool setup with the gates down and only the masts where the train is is activated.
