Ok... I made 3 different recipes for tuna tartare at the same time.., and this was by far the worst!!! His sauce was good, and I made it awsome by adding a bit of coconut milk to his Thai Sauce for the tartare try "Spicy Tuna Tartare " by Karl james here on youtube this Mortons recipe is all Sesame oil!!! and a little S&P thats no good. But fortunately Mr Karl James´s recipe was right on delicious.. give that one a go not this one...whooo, I am still burping sesame oil
