dealin with stage fright is a pain. just remember, that its not A GROUP or an evil force lookin at u.its just a bunch of seperate people, in one room...each person has their own perspective
like just think about how u would feel when ur at a show oe something...ur not thinkin with evil intent towards the person on stage...ur just out to have a nice time...which i am pretty sure those people at ur show will be to.
and ur poem was tight ma...i liked it alot...keep it up and Good Luck

If it helps try to take on another persona, like acting, you might not be so nervous if you think of yourself as being someone else (if that makes any sense?) Really good poem/spoken word though :)
