The reason I love this song is because it clearly shows that we ourselves are the problem. It isn't the bible, or God that is the problem, but our own hearts. The bible depicts man as wicked, and Andrew Swab perfectly restates that when he says, "Inside the recess of EVERY MAN is a Thief, a Robber, a Criminal." Take that to heart that we're all evil, and we need the grace of God.

@Averenex I dunno what Bible you've read, but the one I own is actually pretty anti-oppression, talks about loving everyone and taking care of strangers, and says not to treat people based on race, gender, job or anything like that. Also, when applied in real life, lies are generally known not to work, so these must be some fairly decent lies that even circumstances and outcomes believe them.
