I have a lexmark X5495 using #29 & #28 cartriges. If you read the back of the box (the fine print) that they come in it states that the cartrige is licensed to work only once. They have a chip inside to stop working when emptied. I'm trying to find out how to reset the chip. If anyone can help Thanks.
Hey..I refilled 2 cartridges on a Lexmark X5495 printer scanner. both was well empty the colour cartridge works great..
now i refilled it
but the black don,t work at all..even that i just re-filled the black up.the printer gives the message.."your black ink cartridge is getting low and will need replacing"..what do you think???
