reduce the audio input and do it again then it will e awesome, or recorde the guitars only and then record the singing part and when you come to the high notes just steo back so you won't get this clipping which is just destroying the sound, and your sound, you voice was awesomely big just big. Better recording and it's a masterpeace of singing that's almost reaching the original (nobody can actually reach Jeff Buckley but anyway) BIG!! Just recorde it again!!

hello does anybody know a cover of someone actually hitting the last parts in FULL VOICE or HEAD VOICE? dont think i'm hatin on this guy he did a hell of a job but all the vids i see they always go into falsetto and not full voice like Jeff did. out of all these people here on youtube there's gotta be few guys who can hit those notes

There is no head voice if you talk about males. Jeff used falsetto as well, but he was reinforcing it with chest voice resonance.

I cant fully explain that in english (as I dont know how to describe it :) ) It's just proper way to reach high notes by males - falsetto + reinforcement, Women have chest voice, head voice and (fife ? ) voice.

i think you're underestimating how rare it is to find guys who are able to hit a G5 :L most women struggle in full voice.

@johnpaul83 I think I can get the last notes in head voice, full voicing them would be really hard and it's pretty rare to find someone who does that.. I just gotta work on my head voice a bit more so it would sound almost like full voice :)

@woodpryan Thanks! I agree on the sound quality....bad. I just played straight into the video camera and it distorts if you so much as look at it. I have been thinking of re-doing this song using my proper recording set up and actually recording the guitar and vocals separately. I can sing the high notes without using falsetto, but when i am playing guitar at the same time, it kind of throws me off. First I have to get over the cold I have right now.

Head voice is just a term for a different resonance while singing. A resonance in the head. Yes, it is very challenging to hit that note, let alone for that long, and because of this Buckley had trouble doing this in a live setting. Pretty much everything is harder live. If the people you know are Chris Cornell or Robert Plant, well, they are just really good at hiding falsetto. I've never heard of anyone mixing resonance.

listen to adam lambert, that guy can hide his falsetto like its no ones business, and myles kennedy, chris cornell wasn't a natural tenor he strained, and thats why he's lost his voice now that he's in his 40's.

Myles Kennedy is probably my all time favorite singer and I cant really think of any specific instance where he was hiding falsetto.

What happened to Cornell is what happened  to Robert Plant and Axl Rose and is what's going to happen to Claudio Sanchez.

I haven't heard much of Adam Lambert, but I know of his talent.

Classic or Flamenco guitar is not the same than electric guitar. Try to play Recuerdos de la Alhambra, and if you can i will shut up. You don't play so good, try to use well the pick.

hahaha thats hilarious because I played Recuerdos de La Alhambra perfectly when I was 15. I even played it with a four finger tremelo flamenco style. My version was slower than most but I made sure timing was perfect. But like many I gave up on classical to begin the search for my identity. Your classical guitar playing is ...
