Kiran Bedi, she her self is of doubtful character, acted like a sterile orator repeating the stereo type story without any sense... and people without knowing the details of the law, go on clapping her. A tragedy for India's future.

Kiran Bedi is just the face of Anti corruption. No less no more. Regardless of how many spearheads like her we might have, it will NOT change things in any substantial way. Public policy must change and government must take up the hard task of correcting itself. But for all that to happen, political realization must occur in the Indian people. With the global climate of revolution(Tunisia, Egypt, etc.) the timing it right. Rectify or perish.

@renoytoons His statement is correct in almost all cases. But I must say this particular case is very very unique. Its almost as unique as India's freedom struggle. We the people just have no other choice but to agitate and bring this issue to focus. Or else our current parliamentary system would never ever change its ways.

Dr Bedi, I think - it would have added a lot more teeth and exposed even more that Polician's rhetoric & sweet talk - if you had presented a SCORECARD of Deliberate Government InActions under several headings (e.g., the one you already gave in the debate - "Overseas Stashed Money" 2008 till date. No Action taken by Govt to bring money back from Swiz, etc and etc). Same as the Minister presented his scorecard of 7 issues (like RTI, Lokpal, etc) implemented.
