  • holy fuck great exercice

  • thats a awsome workout

  • Check out my Windshield Wipers!

  • ehhh? can u take a bullet, sir?

  • thats it?

  • bull breathing D: ... FD

  • I do this but on the floor. and these videos seem more like this guy showing off then just exercises you should do.

  • this aches my arms more then my abs O_o

  • WHAT THE FUCK MAN! He can't be human!

  • I do this hanging with 1 finger. Only about 50 reps before sunrise.

  • there is another way to do it. It s when you get used to it is to put your feet 45 degree angle away from your body and start twisting. It will work even more your core

  • I can touch my feet to the bar in Leg Raises, but theres no way I could do that. Thats really impressive

  • They are easy :) Just the first times u do them u can only do a few reps. But once ur used to the exercise u'll be twisting like its nothing. And for the people who say doing them slow is the best, that really depends. I agree that he has to go as far as his legs are horizontal, but doing them fast can be good for combat sports. You are not turning slow when you throw someone over right? Doing them explosively can be good as long as ur arms can hold such explosive movements.

  • @bbartje01 good point

  • SWAG

  • his accent and badass ponytail demands you do this excercise

  • nice timing with the beeping sound made by the truck reversing when he starts swinging his abs..HA!

  • cool

  • круто

  • Its an excellent workout but your suppose go 90 degrees completely and your shaking too much. Also you feel the workout more if you do it slowly.

  • this guy doesn't know how to do i'm gonna record myself doing it and send it to this dumb ass....

  • these are actually easy but they do leave ya stomach feeling like ya got an alien ready to burst out the next day

  • @ImTheHaloGod Hahahaha

  • I think people are overstating how hard they really are. I mean they're not easy, but they're far from impossible. I used to just do situps and crunches and such, and was able to do a couple. Then I worked my way up and now I do around 3 sets. You just gotta have will power and dedication! And uh.. core strength.

  • fuck that noise

  • I am Chewing Gum really really well :D

  • This is madness.

  • i freekin love him lol

  • This should have been called the Chuck Norris exercise

  • TICK-TOKS FTW!

  • Hanging leg raises to the side, alternating crunch, Russian twist, oblique crunches.

  • cool ... i could try doing that on 2 ropes cuz i dun have that thing in the gym ... this exercise should increase the strength in greco roman wrestling moves right?

  • @FrozenFlame369 its for abs

  • @JKT6 i ment doing that will increase your strength move on ground fight?

  • Awsome

  • I'm going to be able to do this... It might take a year, but WHO CARES? you can do whatever the fuck you want if you set your mind to it..

  • WHAT THE SHIIIIIITTT?!!?

  • Excellent video, and in case you got any ideas otherwise, he will beat the teeth out of your mouth while breathing like that. Chuckles aside, the man has uniformly good videos, and he knows fully whereof he speaks

  • Is there an exercise which can prepare you for this ?

It's not so easy to do starting from scratch :D

  • Comment removed

  • i fell trying to do that......fuck u

  • its a navy seal work out for your abs not a wiper

  • what does the "core" muscles of your body do?

  • @animeparad0x they help just about everything, like turning (like throwing a punch), balance, and other useful stuff

  • hm, one would wonder why they call it the wind sheild wiper...

  • killer

  • your arms will tire before the abs...

  • it's a useless exercise, your arms will tire before the abs...

  • @motiofel not if u have strong arms..?

  • @Aggressor7 : well I tried it , it's actually pretty good exercise..

  • Love it !!

  • i do this daily with one hand ofc ^^

  • I've been working out for 2 years and just started adding in this exercise, and some varieties of inverted pullups. You have to have tremendous core strength to get yourself in that position and hold it through the exercise. Some say that it is bad for your back. Only if you have the wrong form. If your rear end is too low, it will hurt your back. Your back has to be parallel to the ground. This is an awesome exercise!

  • Hey man, do you know somebody with hermia, coming back to combat sports. I have had surgery like 8 months ago and want to get back to my normal workout. My doctor sad that everything is okay with my stomach, and I can start working out but smart...and now i whant to know what those "smart training" mean. Do you have an idea what I can do? I am watching your wids for a long time, and I was doing those exercises but now I dont know what I can do...pliz help your fan;):D

  • @BigBadaBing Smart training is training with proper form, and rebuilding your previous level of fitness in a slow, intelligent manner. If you feel unnatural pain, stop the exercise. After my sports hernia surgeries, I could not bridge without extreme pain for months. However, I continued to practice my bridging slowly, progressing more every time, and my original strength has since returned and my pain is 100% gone.

  • if you cant do this star by only bringing your knees up or not having your back exactly parallel to the ground

  • Awesome

  • Is it ok to bend your arms while performing this exercise?

  • awesome exercise my fav!

  • 0mine too i always do it to show off :D

  • Could you explain the strictness guidelines on this? Also how many reps-set-days a week should I do it?

  • We do those in gymnastics conditioning.

  • yea..but is he happy?!!

  • Probably

  • What !!!?!?!?!, I do 40 each morning before breakfast ..

  • damn.. thats guy is jackked

  • My abs ached just watchin that.

  • friggin awesome,

  • damn!

  • Very impressive...

  • easy xD

  • no pain no gain

  • I did some of these today! I live in a really tiny town so we don't have any gyms.. BUT I found a suitable substitute : a swing set! :P I also have a weight set.. not in the greatest shape but I make due with what I have

  • well, i know your condition, if i may i would like to suggest a thing: i'm a boxer, so i have to train a lot and be in shape... you don't need a gym. just a pull bar and the weight of your body; with these 2 things you can train 3 hours per day using a large number of ex, and your growth will be harmonius and important.

  • i love u for dis man!!! i fort my bar was only good for chin ups!!! gona get dem cuts!!!

  • good thing i got a pull up bar at home :)

  • holy shit...

  • Since I started Doing Parkour I can do a lot of this things! you guys should try! : )

  • wow, that was impressive, looks like a great exercise too!

  • Daaaaaaaaaaaaaam!

  • This dude is strong you need to be at a certain level of fitness to just hang in that position let alone do the wiper thing

  • he looks like he's built more for boxing to me

  • hey does this trainer fight mma?

  • This dude's legit. Love these vids

  • this guy teaches really good...
