The Church - The Disillusionist - Trocadero Theater

I was at this show this past Tuesday. I had seen The Church maybe four times previously, and to see Kilbey go from the laconic front man I had always remembered him to be to the energy he had during this song and this show was amazing. It seemed the entire band was genuinely having fun. I have seen many shows over the past 30 years and this may have been the best concert I have ever seen. Each set was outstanding, they were tight and the sound was incredible.

Love an animated Kilbey. Great sound here, must of been a cracker of a show. These guys just get better with age. Fantastic Album Priest=Aura about time it was showcased. Thanks for this post. Enjoyed immensely.
