I would love to get a stand up table, I have wanted one ever since I saw Donald Rumsfeld working at one... but one thing I would do to modify the concept is to get a cozy bar stool, so that you can stand and lean your butt against the chair but then when you need to sit you can. We used to work with that setup at school in tech drawing.
