Hello M8. great video, thanks for the info. I am 6 weeks out of an ACL reconstruction with flipped bucket meniscus repair. I still get the grinding and clicks from time to time. I've been doing rehab every day but going to the rehab center 2 times a week, was on the bike 2 weeks ago and starting aqua therapy. I still get sharp pain in my knee when there is weight on it. Still really swollen. How long did it take for the weight bearing pain to go away?
@armeghetto Hey...its now been 8months since my surgery. 7Months since i started physiotherapy. I'm doing well...my muscle mass has grown. (I've got a lot more control over my hamstring) I'm cycling 12miles on average a day...thats helping my all round condition. I haven't started a real 'turning' or 'twisting' yet....still a bit nervous. My advice would be: Be committed to the rehab. Expect a tough ride. Bless...
@Freshyhead Hi, it's been nearly 6 months since i had the op. I am improving.....VERY SLOWLY! It seems that after one of my concerns go...a new one comes. But overall i'm trying to remain positive and REHAB REHAB REHAB.

Me again, sadly my doctor didn't give me any idea how big of a recovery this. What was your flexion and extension at this point.??
