Great players who aren't able to go D-1 yet (usually for grades or for getting in trouble like Cam Newton did-and yes, that is him in the video, #2) end up here. Because of this, Junior College football is sometimes considered to be close to lower level D-1 talent wise. The very best teams (like Blinn) carry A LOT of elite athletes.
