forms looks good to me
problem with these things is that everybody is an expert and gives conflicting advice. If you're happy and its not obviously bad form then no worries

Too fast - you'll get better results if you slow down a bit and focus on getting good form first.

fast = explosive fast twitch fibres
slow = slow twitch fibres
u need to vary speed, not stay slow.
The form looks solid to me, even though the rep speed is fast

Is the muscle directly between your shoulder blades in the upper middle back lats or traps? What exercise hits them the hardest?
