Research the codex alimentarius. If you do it will scare the shit out of you, it is easy to fall into denial, but it needs to be researched. It goes deeper than just cutting the organic out of organic farming, much deeper. I did find though that the easiest and most nutritious foods to grow in the world are any food in the sprout family. Alfalfa sprouts are the best among them, though the FDA warns people not to eat these, but they support codex so fuck em.
