  • nice vid thanks for the advise

  • such a good mom, you are doing wonders for his development. you really should cut out wheat/gluten. it is real bad sutff

  • Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute

  • your son is soo cute :)

  • Aww your son is precious., This diet although wonderfully healthy for small children is not practical for the average family. It is way too expensive. Maybe you can do a budget menu for real families hehe. I love your concept though. Thanks for sharing your mornings with us... K

  • @beautifulsavior3 If the foods I have shared are too expensive - then I would wonder what you are spending your money on. If a good quality cereal is $1 more - isn't this an investment in your children's health? Also, fresh fruit, eggs, nuts and such are not expensive items....

  • Cream of wheat and oatmeal can be made in triple servings, refrigerated and ready for a few mornings. Also, I make banana nut (walnut&pecan) and fresh cut apple cinnamon breads, cut them in squares, refrigerate and they last several days also and my grandchildren love them.

  • Microwaving foods destroys the nutrients, and microwaving in ANY kind of plastic, even "microwaveable" is a toxic no-no.... SO CUTE LITTLE BOY, AND SWEET MOM TRYING TO DO HER BEST FOR HIM, would be nice to see more moms like this today! Thanks for the tips.

  • your son is so sweet and polite. Good morning Tyler.

  • do you get the Ezekiel 4:9 cinnamon raisin in the cooler cause they have it at the store where they have the waffles and bagles

  • @starburst765 - I find all the Ezekiel products in the freezer at my grocery store.

  • Thank you so much! My son is 6 and starting his 1st grade soon!! So i was looking for some freash ideas about a healthy breakfast made easy! Am a busy mom so, thanks hun!

I am 10 years older than him and I look up to him

I wish I had the motivation to eat healthier like he has

he is lucky to have a mother like you

  • Thank you so much ...for posting this awsome very helpful video....my daughter is 3 and is somewhat above her weight ....and I have been looking for someway to make eating healthy happy for her....please post more meals and what not for maybe dinner or lunch if you could!!!

  • what are waffles made out of? is like a pancake?

  • Great tips Holly. It's so easy to follow. I don't approve on microwaving though. But is this enough for our active kids, my son is a hyperactive 7yr. old. Shared this to my wife coz she always have to hurry make bfast evry mornin before my son Wallace goes to school. Keep posting...

  • oh one more thing holly, just a comment/suggestion...the milkd ya limit to oranic and only once a week right (treat on Fridays)? Reason I ask is many kids do not do well with milk (us adults too) it can really cause some issues with congestion and such, what's your thoughts there? Also do ya use the micro wave only when ya in a hurry and dont have time to throw eggs on stove? Microwaving food is not ideal it changes the structure of the food (proteins, etc) and I feel should be avoided if possib

  • Awesome video Holly, great idea and so helpful for so many pparents who just have no idea about what to feed their kids, and often feed them a bowl of chemical soup and sugar for breakfast (looked at ingredients on Fruit Loops box lately parents)! Oh and yes Go-gurt, not good at all Tyler is one cute kiddo, how old is he now, 6? My lil girl is 6, and she is very 'conscious' of what she eats too, and very smart about what is healthy and what is not (man made vs nature/god made). Great stuff thx

  • Great video! Tyler is stinkin' adorable! I love his sweet voice. I love that this nutritional program is based on all the food we already eat. I just have to watch my portions (esp. when we eat out!)

  • Thanks!

Horizon yogurt is in my regular grocery store - in the produce section by the organic products. If you are unable to find it, you can speak to a manager and request that they carry this. Stores are usually very receptive to the requests of their customers - even way out here in small town Elizabethtown, KY

  • Hi Holly, Your son is adorable! Did you find the horizon yogurt in the reg. grocery store? I havent ever seen it. Have the milk, but never the awesome yogurt! I wonder if it's a new product. Thanks Holly!
