@TheZooCrew I knew what the plesiosaur reference was straight off as I saw it in books about some 'sea monster' carcass that was hauled by a trawler in 1977 and later, through samples and similar finds, found to be a basking shark. There was a similar story of a 'nessie' carcass that washed up in Clydebank, Scotland in the forties during the war but that's difficult to find online.

@TheZooCrew I knew what the plesiosaur reference was straight off as I saw it in books about some 'sea monster' carcass that was hauled by a trawler in 1977 and later, through samples and similar finds, found to be a basking shark. There was a similar story of a 'nessie' carcass that washed up in Clydebank, Scotland in the forties during the war but that's difficult to find online.

The Bible warns of a very stringent penalty for changing so much as a tittle. The proper translations go to great efforts to footnote the changes which are as minor as changing the word amongst to amung. "Where two or more shall gather in my name, I shall be there amongst them". In doing you research I sincerely hope you are compelled to read at least the red words of the New Testament. You will then be cognizant of how often those words are deliberately misrepresented......

It helps to have a basic understanding of science, and a curiosity to learn new stuff. Without that curiosity, I guess it would be quite hard to learn about biology, or about _any_ branch of science for that matter. Just take it one step at a time. Science can be very rewarding, both personally, and for the society in the long run.

Ignorance is never an argument. How else do you explain ERVs, atavisms, transitional forms, physiological, anatomical, and molecular vestiges, ontogeny and developmental biology, protein functional redundancy, convergent phenotypes, mobile genes, or observed speciation (credit to AronRa)?

Almost all evidence supports natural processes we see or expected similarities of organisms on earth, then they jump from that to saying we evolved from fish. The evidence never directly supports the conclusion but the average Joe hasn't the sense to realize.

Except the scientists who are looking for and who cite evidence that supports evolution have a lot more going for them than merely faith (do not read: evidence). And I know enough about creationism that faith is all that holds it up. I don't have faith in it, which means subjectively creationism is a hoax. Does that make it any less true if it is the way the world works? No.....

Take the case of eye evolution or that of the immune system. eVen the response to ID theories case of the bacterial flagellum is just a case of just-so stories. Secretory system --> flagellum. Why? @semitope the secretory system is a possibility. an even more plausible possibility coincides with the existence of a bacterial cell with a sharp protrusion, much like the flagellum, but not motile. it stays in its shape. and it is used to attack other cells. the implication of "just-so stories" came from the necessary "just-so" environment for all of these evolutions. humans cannot comprehend the evolutions that would have occurred if those "just-so" environments were not "just-so"

Even in the extensive documentaries on Exorcisms the demons must obey and recognize the authority of Jesus Christ. In addition, there is mountains of information surrounding Solomon and it pieces together quite a story on the life and times of Solomon and plenty of information on the various demons. Days of Solomon, they used Solomon's name in the Exorcism rituals. Got pretty crazy since most everyone in the kingdom had 2/3 demons the commanded.
