Nearly all comics do. They usually have the same material for roughly a year and use it for most shows they perform in and the odd time re-use it a few years later

Dylan has great improv aswell though, which really shows his true comic ability

@vSetPhasersToStunv I guess he rehearses a lot and that what you are seeing is the result of hours of incredibly hard work...but there is no doubt there is genious in the mix, but i would guess that part of his gift is to make what is hard work on his part look effortless

It's so funny to see how many of the subjects that he is on to here - in 1997 - are pretty much the same as in his more recent shows. It is not a bad thing though - he's become much better at "painting the picture" now. I guess he's simply become more comfortable with the audience...or more conscious about how to use the laughter. And there IS a lot of laughter...he is a funny man indeed!
