Question: I used to get the same effect on my hair, but I had to blow it dry first for the smoothness & length. When you started, it looked like you already had a twist out. Had you blown it out & then twisted or did you wash & twist while wet? My hair is about your texture, but 2 inch fro (4 or 5 elongated). Don't have patience to blow out. Wndering if I twist when wet and let air dry... Currently, I wash & use Ms. Jessie's to define the curl). Suggestions??

i really love this hair tutorial the only thing is that i have relaxed hair [ im trying to grow it out before i cut the perm off ] and normally to get curls i do a straw set and by the time i separate all the curls and what not it pretty much ends up looking like this anyway but this looks alot easier so i was wondering if this style would work on relaxed hair? because i really like it and i want to try it. i would really apreciate a response thnx. Thank you! With relaxed hair you wanna roll the ends with small rollers in a spiral fashion.

A shortcut through your long fluffing process could be to just flip your head over and blow dry your roots all over for a about 45 seconds. That's what I do so that I don't have to play in it as long.

Yes you can Danielle, but for transitional hair I suggest rolling the ends with perm rods and leaving the twists in overnight. Cuz I don't think the permed ends will curl properly w/o rollers.
